Attitude from the time you start ordering up until you get your food. People taking orders not paying attention to your order and ends up wrong when you leave. I got 2 burgers with 2 bottom buns, and a sprite that was just carbonation. The service here is embarrassing! Don't waste your money coming here.

Got in the drive thru line had to repeat my order multiple times to the person on the speaker what we went to paid for our food once we get to 2nd window we noticed we were missing a happy meal we check the receipt looks like the employee removed 1 of the happy meals we ordered and put just a drink on there we ask the employee at window kindly to put another order in for another happy meal since it was a mess up on there end they told me a flat no they wouldn’t accept the order thru drive thru and we'll have to go around again. We asked for a manager and we can hear him talking to employee laughing and saying “no tell them to go around not my problem” he was refusing to come to the window at all to talk to me about why I had to place another order he just continued to laugh and had another employee continue to deny us service will never come to this McDonalds again poor service with managers. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if it was my fault but I had to repeat my order multiple times and I know I saw on menu that I ordered it when I drove off from the screen.
I got the double burger combo. I had to park and wait which I think indicates it was made fresh. I was disappointed to get home to find no ketchup for my huge order of fries especially since I didn't have any at home. All in all, OK.

This location is absolutely horrible. The service is mid at best. I've heard on several occasions that I have to wait until 5 am to order for breakfast and receive my order. This is after I've placed my order in the app and have been charged. The location needs a clean up from management to the parking lot. I don't recommend this location at all.
Whenever there is service it’s fine! Unless it’s ordered through doordash. the. a few things may be wrong. I.E asking for extra onions on a burger and getting NONE. But, one thing i always have a problem with is them closing early. by either not being at the window, or blocking off the drive thru at night. And I get the not wanting to be working that late. But I’m just getting out of work too at that time. Y’all could at least let me get a fry and Sprite before I go home.And the time before tonight when I came literally JUST for a HI-C. The people working were in the car. ? It’s just a bit annoying because, also being a person that works at a restaurant at late hours, I understand the not wanting to do anything. But you’re denying me, a person who was just in your shoes, a literal soda.

At first it was a good service, but once I started ordering through the mc delivery my itesms were always missing. They would only deliver half of my order. And it’s not fair paying over $30 and not getting my complete order. This is the 3rd time it happens to me. I sure won’t be using the McDonald’s app anymore.
