Could've took them more than the 20 minutes I was already waiting for for 2 mcflurries...had to get off to get my own order ...plus my sundaes that they gave me through the drive through were already melting. They could've came up to the stalls and asked what else was needed but no...got home with half melted ice creams for my kids.

I am a frequent customer to this location. There has been a time when I have ordered and it hasn’t been a problem. From old food to wrong order down to nasty customer service. Today I ordered through Door Dash like I have been doing for the past few months, and the ppl at MCDONALDS gave my food to someone else. They then decided to tell my dasher that it was my fault that my food had been given to someone else. I then asked to speak them and the lady walked off. They wouldn’t provide me with the corporate number and I had to ask over and over for their names because they were not wearing name tags. I didn’t yell or get upset I merely was trying to feed my kids before I go to work. The lady stated she wasn’t giving me corporate number and I need to contact Door Dash. I have never been treated so badly before and the poor dasher that had to pick me order had a great amount of patience as well. If someone can provide me with the corporate number I would greatly appreciate it.

I came in the drive thru order was ready. I asked for the extra tartar sauce. They asked me tooooooo park I’m like whatttt. Well I did wait i had to get out and ask for my extra sauce. This place has bad mannered employees. They don’t respect anyone.

Ok, let me start off by saying that I Love McDonalds I’m here almost everyday of the week for the kids and weekends for myself when I go to work. But omg if it isn’t the app that sucks and freezes on a daily basis or my coffee that they never get right? it’s really the small things oh for example the cookie order’s online they are paid for ONLINE so why do I have to wait when I get here 10-15 min after placing the order because they haven’t made my cookies? they don’t make them till I pull up? why?

I went through the drive-thru and the food was less than average....... Which is unusual for this location...... The drive through clerk was less than cordial....... And to top it off..... Had to park and wait for my food...... And when they brought it out the fries were actually cold.... Probably won't be visiting this location anytime soon

That is the worst drive-through I have ever been at a McDonald’s. Y’all need to fix that and get it right all you do is go around in circles all the orange cones everywhere that whole drive-through needs to be redone.Parking: All the parking in the drive-through is horrible. It needs to be fixed and done, right
