Worst experience EVER choosing Panera Bread today instead of fast food for lunch. I figured I would spend the extra money to eat healthier. I got it To Go, ordering a “Pick 2” - a 1/2 Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT sandwich and a cup of the Vegetarian Autumn Squash soup. I took the time to download the app, registered and filled out all the info, etc. The soup was okay, but a bit too super sweet. The sandwich was HORRIBLE. It was ice cold including the bacon (who wants a COLD BLT??). The bread was dry with no dressing whatsoever, and some of the lettuce was slimy. I took it apart and picked out a few edible bites. For using the app for the first time my reward ordered was a brownie, which they forgot to put in my bag until I asked for it. Now I have an app on my phone just taking up space, because I probably won’t go back there for a while, and I used to love Panera Bread. Sadness!

Zero response and a snobby look. ?Then, when we asked a question, she was just very rude about it, like how we don't know already. ?The price for 2 sandwich meals was $32. ?The wait was almost too long for having only one other customer in the place. ?The papaya lemonade and agave green tea mixed was really good. ?When the food finally came, it was good as well. ?Overall. Won't be back. Overpriced and rude employees.

Food was not in pickup box as stated on my order. Employee at the food counter ignored me until I asked about my food. Then she didn't even hand me my drink.

First time at Panera. I was expecting a very tasty pizza and warm bread.I took a bite of a slice of pizza and it honestly tasted like a frozen pizza. Pepperoni taste better at any other place including Cicis pizza. I added extra mozzarella to my pepperoni pizza but that did not add in the cheese pull I was expecting.The brocolli soup was good but the bread was very hard and cold.
My drive-thru experience was horrible first of all I had to blow my horn to get a receipt no one asked me do I want a receipt secondly there's a curb that curves right in front of the drive-thru and that's not painted there's no sign that says turn you can't even see it when you pull up in line if there's someone in front of you and thirdly my cup of chicken noodle soup was short mostly chicken broth hardly any kind of substance in it!!!

As a manager in the food industry, I am very understanding of the other side. As a customer, I am highly disappointed by the service in the drive thru. Panera is a great company but management needs to develop their staff in service.

Refused to give me my DoorDash order through the window after I waited in line??? Asked 3 times and they said there’s no way to give me my order, although it’s ready, I will have to come inside to get it. It was just sitting on the counter and employees were hanging out talking. Unacceptable.

It's really good if you go during the morning or during peak hours, just not in the evening. Everything no longer tastes fresh by that point in the day. I personally enjoy the chicken and mediterranean bowls with a baguette.

I usually order at the Greenville or Rockwell location, I had my cheddar broccoli soup brea bowl and bbq sandwich brought to me by door dash, I noticed all three breads were hard as a rock, I woke up this morning with diarrhea and vomiting I have been in the bathroom at least 25 times in the past 4
