Called in Friday 12/15 around 9:30pm because I received a delivery order with some missing items. The girl who answered the phone was rude and said since it'd deliver there's nothing they can do about it. I replied with surely the least you can do is offer me a refund. She never responded and instead put me on a silent hold. It's been 15 minutes and I'm still here holding. Absolutely ridiculous.
The girl who answered my call at 6:57pm & then the boy who she passed the phone to both need to be fired asap. The girl (Lil K) refused to understand my street address, after being frustrated & just not comprehending proper english, she decided to pass the phone to a boy who named the girl & himself as (DK). Parents must be disappointed. The behavior & attitude displayed on the phone with a customer was such a surprise I resquest that my phone call & video surveillance of that time my call was placed to be reviewed by the highest of higher ups, immediately.As for Pizza Hut we need a better morality from you guys when it comes to who you have employed in general & whos on shift for your night schedule.Having a job is a privilege & I'm shocked a company as big as Pizza Hut has decided that this is what they represented for them on their phones when customers call to place an order with them.Good job, Pizza Hut! ??

I ordered mild wings, they gave me something else instead of what I ordered and all the food was cold, or wasn’t even in the thing they use to keep the food warm. I called for 3 days and no one still has picked up after messing my order
