Been coming here for a really long time, ask to spoke to a manager due to the fact i wanted to substitute a item on a dish got told the run around, and didnt even try to accommodate my request which was to exchange yucca for extra fried plantains, I am so disappointed due to the fact i cant eat yucca. Do better hire better people so you wont loose loyal customers !!

The salsa was very good. They don't say on the menu that the tuna tacos are raw tuna meat. The black beans are great. I may come back to try other dishes.

The food is excellent but I don't like the customer service, the waitresses are very serious and only transmit tension because of the seriousness they have, an important point, they charged me Tip without authorization, when paying I put NO TIP because we left cash in the table, but at the time of asking for my receipt it reflected a value of $2.43 for Large Party... that's not right... And I don't understand why they ask whether to tip or not to tip if in the end they put what they want!

The food at the Mesquite location was lacking in taste, quality, and quantity compared to the Garland location of Rosi’s. The Garland location served heartier, meat filled Asada and Pollo pupusas that I didn’t need to inspect to see if there was actually chicken and carne asada inside of the pupusas. The cheese pupusas were better in Garland too! I’ll still visit the Rosi’s in Mesquite since it’s closer but I prefer the flavors of the Garland location and will drive there again. Plus, I found even better pupusas at Christina’s Restaurant in uptown and they were delicious! Christina’s was worth a few extra bucks.
I ordered pupusas to take away the order cost me 22 cents when I got home I realized that they added a charge of 5 dollars per tip in a take out order they are thieves I didn't know that by placing an order by phone you also pay
