Went right when they open at 11am took my mom for her bday lunch. Place was empty since it just opened . Waiter never came and checked on us we finished our drinks and sat there waiting. You could hear her talking in the back with someone else. As the place got more people in she went to their table but we had to keep flagging her down in order to even tend to us.

Love Snuffers! This location was good! Our server was super friendly and when we got there they were having a music bingo night which was fun. Was a little confused at first as to what was going on but it ur server explained it to us and we joined in.I had one of their specialty long islands and it was delicious! Not a fan of LI’s but this one was very enjoyable.I had the patty melt and cheese fries and they were delicious. Patty melt patty was cooked like I asked and not over done.Great location, can’t wait to come back

Service was really slow, the restaurant was not busy, but there was only one server for the whole store. The green pepper burger was not that great, pretty bland actually, the Cheddar fries were as great as always & our drinks were empty way too long.

Went on Valentine's Day and it wasn't crowded at all. Walked in and there was a sign that said seat yourself will be with you. Was confused to see that sign because there was only three tables with people. We sat and waited... And waited ... And waited... Nobody ever came. Even walked pass the bartender and he just looked at us. This was my first Valentine's Day with my new husband and my first and last time at this restaurant.

Went for an early dinner. Not badly priced for 4 people, less than 20 bucks each. Server was on it, kept drinks full and kept making sure we were ok.I had a grilled chicken bacon avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries.

I had a weird experience nevertheless the food was good. One of the waiters accidentally spilled his tray on my table and dropped a fresh bowl of chili which I caught with my hand lol needless to say the meal was on me...

Best burger and loaded fries ever ? we got a new waitress she did well. We will be back. Service was bad this time today 12-17. She forgot our large cheddar fries. Brought me a small. Forgot my cheddar cheese on my burger. Everything was my bad! Bad Service. Won't be back to this location. Sorry, my youngest granddaughter had to experience this. Pay your servers more so that we can get better service please.

Went for lunch on Saturday but it wasn’t busy at all, less than 10 tables in use. Took about 10 minutes for our server to come get our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time. We ordered small chicken nachos with chicken and cheese only (no beans or condiments), and a Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with chicken and cheese only (no veggies or dressing) and a side of fries. We received our order in about 20 minutes but both were wrong. Nachos had beans and the sandwich had veggies and the dressing and no fries. They remade our order but forgot the fries again. They brought out the fries but they were cold and had no seasoning. I had to go to 3 tables before I found a salt shaker that wasn’t filled so much that I could use it. The sandwich and nachos were good but wish the overall experience was better.
