Ordered through the app. Spent 25 min waiting for 2 drinks. Pressed the stall button and asked for my drinks or a refund since thr guy on the other end said it was one or the other. I said to bring my drinks. Another 10 minutes went by and the guy who answered didn't bring my drinks. He actually came up to the stall and asked what my order was. Why would he have to ask if they received it in the back in the kitchen? Did they throw the order away? He explained again he can't partially refund if I only wanted 1 of the 2 drinks I ordered since I ordered through the app and I told him I'll take the drinks. I did ask to speak to the manager twice while talking to him and he didn't offer to go get them. He left and another 10 min went by. I had to press the stall button again and was greeted by a young lady who asked what I ordered and she brought my order out within 2 minutes of me talking to her through the stall. It should not have to be so much work to receive an order I had placed 30 min ago before getting to the location. It was literally a coke sero with sugar free cherry syrup and a cranberry limeade with blue raspberry and strawberry fruit added to it. I honestly don't think I will return to this location. The service was terrible other than the nice lady at the end.

This place never gets the order right when you order though uber eats or Doordash. When you purchase food on the app it gives you options to add condiments and they always decline to add those condiments to the bag. I called them before food was sent out and pleded that they add the requested condiments to the bag only for them to again, not do it. When I called to question the lady Teresa stated that there would have been a .25 charge. I own a restaurant and we also deliver through uber eats and Doordash. If there is a possibility of an upcharge we reach out through telephone or the app advising the client. Not only did they not do this, they lied and said they couldn't and took it upon themselves to not add the condiments (mind you some of those item were suppose to come with at least one packet of each item requested.) Very unprofessional and even if you go to the location they still mess up the order. It's as if they are being friends and playing vs doing the actual duty at hand. Horrible service

We love Sonic bc of the drink options and seemingless endless selection of comfort food. On our visit the individual taking our order must have been having a bad day. She rushed my wife while making our food order where she was being interrupted so the employee could ask, "anything else", over and over. Annoying! Anyway we enjoyed the food and just had to press the button again to ask for ketchup for our fries and Corn dogs and BBQ sauce for the popcorn chicken.

I went in a total of 3 times, and each time got shorted my food. I would order a blast, and it would come out with a huge chunk missing from the top. The first 2 times, they 'tried' to make it right, but the 3rd time they told me "our manager tells us to not add enough ice cream, because its too expensive. so we arent able to make another one that is full because of orders from the manager".I kid you not! The manager is telling employees to short the customers so they can save money on ice cream!!! I reported them to corporate, but was offered a free blast (that would be half full) and a $5 coupon (only if I used their app, though). I want to make sure people know that they are greedy and out for money and not customer service. To cheat (rob) a customer of money when they pay for an item should be (is) illegal. But I, of course, am just a measly customer so what do I know. Oh wait, I worked for an attorneys office. Maybe Ill reach out.or wfaa.Be warned.

I worked at sonic for 3 years and I’ve been away for 2 years. This place gets progressively worse every year and every time I give it another chance I’m severely disappointed. This time I ordered a cheeseburger and a rt 44 Dr Pepper and received a disgusting burger and a large root beer. I cannot stand this place, from working there to being a customer, knowing service could be better because the food I made was always better than the food i receive. Also the meat keeps getting worse and that’s not in any cooks control, it’s the cheap owners who only care about profit and not product. Rant over, don’t go here this place stinks.

Peace and Harmony

It's sad that in the southern part of the city customer service falls short evertime. Simply things like place the ice cream cone in a cup cost. I order this often at other locations and has never been charged for a "small water" to use the cup. These experiences take away from the tip we want to provide

The cost of things are going up for sure but why charge someone for a condiments. That’s like selling an incomplete item. There should be one ranch or marinara that comes with the small and medium sizes and with the large sizes there should be two. This goes for tots, fries, mozzarella sticks, cheddar peppers and popcorn chicken. Foods alright and I never have to many problems orders take longer during rush hour but other then that not to many issues with this location. Over there years there have been missing items or wrong orders but the last year I’ve been coming here things have been fine. They do have a bee problem so keep your window up as long as possible. ( update: I wrote this review while waiting for my food in the parking lot I get home I made it not even give me ranch) ??
