Me and my husband went here last night and got the worse service and our food wasn’t even fresh like we asked they did not seem to care at all no concern to give from them an when I asked they just continue to ignore me asking for fresh

Seems the ppl that take & make the orders do not know how to listen or read. Any special orders might need to be returned, of time permits. Even when the order shows correctly on the screen. I ordered the #1 w/o pickles or onions..my first bite I could tell they had first prepared it with everything on it. The taste of onions and pickles was so intense. Also the lettuce was turning brown, wasn't good at all. Sad to say I ended up throwing my dinner away.Parking: Plenty of parking, some Sonics have few parking spaces these days for anything other than placing your order over their mobile app.

I was trying to order the double cheese burger that was 1.99 the person told me that I order that burger she keep on about the burger was not on sale she had me so confused I said f... It and she called me f...ing b..ch I will never go back to sonic again I'm a regular I live right around the corner this was on Friday 1 /12 /24 at 5:30 go there alot for drinks and onion rings happy hour not anymore

They won’t let anyone use the bathrooms. I just simply asked to wash my hand before I ate. Like most should do. But they refused. Makes you wonder if they wash their own hands.

I ordered a unique order and have had this hundreds of times at various Sonic locations. This is the absolute greatest footlong chili cheese Coney with light onion and mustard I have ever had in my entire life! Wow I didn't know that Sonic could make food that was this delicious.

I sent a complaint through the app to the "Customer Experience Team" but never got my refund - I never got my food. This location is notorious for marking the order as complete and on it's way, when it's not. We saw "Jessica is headed your way with your order". Order Number: #507592912, Ticket Number: #337 (from July 15th 2023!) Submitted order at 4:22, 20 minutes later and still nothing. I pushed the button and asked, they said it would be right out.After wasting 20 minutes I pushed the button and requested a refund, but he didn't respond to me after I said that. We drove off and re-placed our order at the Oates location which was perfect. Food out in 3 minutes. I would still like my refund.

Terrible customer service skills and poor listening skills from the carhop, Jennifer. After repeating my order several times, she STILL got it wrong and proceeded to be sarcastic. The MOD must also be young because she was combative when I told her how unnecessary it was to put a huge slab of garlic butter onto the burger they got wrong. Corporate has been contacted regarding her level of training along with the MOD. Avoid this location.

Horrible crispy chicken. Chicken pattie was over cooked shrieked to coin size. All nerve pattie very hard. Just slapped too many pickles n a slab full of mayo! Huge disappointment! Never more!
