Ordered online and picked up sandwiches were sloppy and soggy! My husband went back tonight and wanted to resolve the issue, the 2 girls up front were rude and had attitudes off the bat! They didn’t care that our sandwiches were cold and soggy and told my husband to leave the store because he was being “difficult”. As a paying customer this is unacceptable a simple sorry and offer to remake the sandwiches would have made our day a lot better. Being confronted for doing a poor job is us being “difficult” AND then telling us to LEAVE!! do better and hire more customer service focused workers!

4-6-24 the food they made was disgusting. They put the wrong ingredients some sauce. I don’t even know what that sauce was not only that, but the bread was broken in pieces. I don’t know what kind of liquid they put in there. The bread was soggy, and once I opened it up fell off the two black African ladies in the front are rude and very unprofessional. I’m a customer who paid almost $30 for their meal and they seem to have a problem with me complaining to them about it. This is what I paid for and they said somehow I’m beingoverreactive

*****I felt the need to record the encounter because certain situations are so real, and some people deny any wrongdoing. Despite my respectful demeanor, the woman was speaking to me disrespectfully, so I recorded the interaction to illustrate her behavior professionally.*****I work for Uber Eats and was picking up an order at Subway. While waiting for the order, I asked to use the restroom, but was refused because I wasn’t a paying customer. I explained that I was there for an order, but the employee became disrespectful. There were no signs indicating a restroom policy. I felt discriminated against and believe the employee’s behavior was unprofessional. I hope this feedback reaches Subway’s corporate management to address such incidents. I'm considering posting the video on social media to illustrate why certain individuals shouldn't work in a restaurant environment if they can't maintain a professional demeanor. It's important to highlight instances of poor customer service to encourage better practices in the industry.The racism/ situation I experienced is completely unacceptable. Moreover, I haven't mentioned yet that they even called the police on me, though I remained polite throughout the interaction. Such behavior, while rude, should still be addressed with professionalism."

Do not go to this subway.Go to the nearby subway, 1200 E Davis St #134.The one on Davis does not disappoint, the one on cartwright however...They were missing multiple things I wanted (they were somehow basically out of bread?), and though I was first in line I was expected to wait 20+ minutes for vegetables to get chopped? They kind of just stood there confused and frustrated when they realized that I was not gonna say "oh ok you're bad at time management, i guess i'm not getting onions today" so i told them they should help their other customers, too. I expected one of them to go cut vegetables while the other helped the customers... but nope... neither went to chop vegetables... After my half-made sandwich had gone untouched for over 10 minutes, I asked for a 10% discount (price should match the service, and 10% was being nice just to prove a point...). All I got back was a lot of sas, she said "if u want a sandwich u can pay full price" - hey lady if you want customers you have to treat them with compassion and when u waste their time they want to be compensated, it's not my fault you are bad at prepping... it's yours... I walked out, grabbed some golden chick across the street, came back and am eating it here in the subway right now as i write this review, it took all of 7 minutes to leave and come back with two big and goldens (it's not what i wanted but it was cheaper and faster). I will never buy from this subway ever again (and I eat a lot of subway so your loss). Her name was Laura and she was THE MANAGER?? Oh look as I write this I hear her say more things they are out of. Poor kid just wanted a foot long cookie. does she know anything about prep?? bet you this establishment can make $10,000 more each month with a real manager.When a customer shows up to buy a $15 sandwich, you better just be nice and do what they want. Just go chop the onions, it's not that hard.

I have been coming to this subway ever since it was built and it never fails to disappoint me! It’s the only one with a drive thru in my area and I am disabled so I was very excited about it but according to every employee/mgr I’ve spoken with the drive thru doesn’t work but of course there is no sign posted to let the patrons know it doesn’t work! The employees/mgr has said just pull up to the window and honk so I’ve tried that and get ignored for up to 15 minutes! When I ask why it’s been broken for so long they say they don’t know who to call to get it fixed! I am so disappointed in this franchise and if they are not going to service their drive thru then they need to remove it or at least post it!

This place is disgusting. I came in tables are dirty. I go to the bathroom there are dead grasshoppers everywhere and a full trashcan. The toilet is dirty. The sink is 30. I went up to order food, I started to place my order they didn’t notify me. They were out of half the stuff before I started. It took them a while to even ask if I needed help with two women Standing. Didn’t wash hands. Just put on gloves: this is by far one of the worst not only subway restaurants I’ve ever been in. And I worked best for for around 17 years gross. I really should’ve left so I’m partially to blame.

Online order set to pickup at 825 arrived at 830 waited till 859 to recipe my order. Wouldn't have been so bad if the blaring music coming from the busted speaker wasn't severely increasing my social anxiety( and I mean blasting with a blown speaker). Staff finished with the current customer and then began my order. Still understable, however, the two other customers who came in after were simultaneously helped slow my online order down further. I left with a bad taste in my mouth before I've even had a bite!

This Subway is always out of something. They might only have one type of bread, they might not have a lot of vegetables, or they might be out of drinks, both bottled and fountain.There's another Subway not too far from here. Go there.

I’ve been here a handful of times to grab lunch for my boss and I but I’ve never had such a bad experience. They are advertising that there under new management too which makes it worse. The employees were rude and putting what looked like old wilted vegetables on the sandwiches to the point that you couldn’t close the sandwich making them soggy by time you can eat them. I tried asking them to put less and was ignored.. not going back to this location again..

Made a doordash order to pickup. It was never ready and their excuse was they took break at the same time. There were three teenagers not knowing, how to occupy or do their actual job. Severe several mistakes inconsistent, disrespectful, nothing was prepped, and the two other teens forgot to clock in as they were rushing.

The bread was tough, old, and difficult to eat and the vegetables are soggy. I went into the store once and there were flies everywhere. The employee was hardly paying attention to the order.
