Extremely rude service, I’ve been to this subway the last 3 times (maybe it’s my fault I keep coming) but this lady who works night shift is always disrespectful and makes customers feel stupid. Horrible employee, your manager should take a look at who they hire. I can’t find her name but pls don’t come to this subway

They have a very bad attitude! It is not the first time I come and the same person has a very rude attitude! The first time I was talking to someone on the phone while I was placing my order and they got upset when they talked to me (I didn't actually know if they were talking to me or on the phone) today I came back and asked if I could use a coupon they had in my Subway application and he told me No (I asked him if they didn't have the same promotions in all their locations and he told me that I shouldn't go because they were no longer corporate) if they don't make the coupon valid, that's fine. But she is extremely rude!!

The employees were so unprofessional they had nasty attitudes and there were multiple insects in this facility they didn’t give us an option if we wanted a 6ft or a 12ft and they didn’t give me a option on if I wanted sauce on my food but the food was delicious. 3-10-24

I ordered online for pick up, the food was prepared the way I ordered it, but the customer service wasn't so good. I ordered 2 footlongs and 2 cokes. I got there and they wouldn't let me grab the 2 cokes because the cashier said that I only ordered 1. I had to stand there and wait for them to call their manager. She kept telling me I was wrong and that I didn't order 2 cokes but only ordered 1. That on her receipt it said that I ordered 1. Finally they figured it out after 20 minutes. When I checked the receipt it said "2 items (coke)". All that waiting for nothing, she just couldn't read the receipt.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in a Subway store. The girl serving doesn’t even say Hi and with a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE since you walk in. If you don’t like the job just quit then. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!

Subway sandwiches are just about the same at each of their locations. My main concern is that prices keep going up on everything but service keeps going down at Subway. This location’s employees were absolutely not welcoming and almost seemed bothered that my family and I entered the restaurant. It never feels good eating food made by someone who isn’t even happy to serve you. I’ll leave it at that.Vegetarian options: Veggie delight sub

Do not go to this subway and eat I order a subway chicken sandwich and when I got home to eat it the chicken is old I called subway to see if they can get me another sand-which and he tells me no there is nothing they can do sad of a place will never eat here again

Greedy four Da Bucks LLC

This is the first time I have ever heard going to the subway where they put a limit on your condiments I went in to get a footlong sandwich and ask for pickles the lady stuck four or five pickles maybe six the first time said extra pickles she told me only allowed to put a certain amount a pickles on there and added two more pickles the other employee said some tour in Spanish and she added another two pickles for a footlong sandwich when the pickles are extremely tiny as is I see if it's a full-length pic or anything like that and then the customer service was not there at all with me or another family that had came in after me wouldn't recommend

I ordered the buy one footlong and get one free through the app. Went to pick it up at the time I was supposed to and they told me I had to wait 8 minutes because they just put the meatballs in the oven. So I went back to my car to wait. They brought the sandwiches out. I checked my tuna footlong because I paid $3 more for extra tuna. There was barely any tuna on the sandwich. I went back in and asked them (3 teenagers) if the sandwich had extra tuna on it. They all said yes in unison. I've been coming to this Subway forever because I work at the high school across the street. Everytime I've ordered extra tuna, the sandwich was packed with tuna. This was a horrible experience and if I'm going to pay $3 extra, I would like for my sandwich to look like it.

Went in to this place around 5:30 pm with my son .ordered a meatball sub they were out of meatballs at 5:30 pm 4 1/2 hours from closing and they were out, was offered to get some from the back to heat any up , I been at other subways which offered to do this. So we proceeded to order to more subs from a girl with an attitude who clearly would rather call her sister about important stuff instead of making the subs, so my wife’s sub was not cut all the way thru my sons sandwich looked like it was just thrown together an me I came home empty handed guess you lost a customer
