this was mine and my boyfriends first time at any sweet frog location and I have to say it was amazing. The staff was very polite and a girl with glasses attended us and was being very helpful and sweet.

This was my first time visiting. I haven't had good frozen yogurt since I moved from the Bay Area. I worked in a frozen yogurt shoppe back in HS, so I know what it should taste like. I was impressed! Very abundant varieties of flavors available. A couple of things that irked me. Kids were pushing, cutting the line, not being courteous, and pulling on the levers while you're deciding on a flavor. Just bad etiquette! It was way too many people in the store at one time. I will visit again, but I think they should implement a safer and friendlier atmosphere. Also, I know they cleaned. I smelled the bleach as soon as I opened the door. It was a bit strong even while sitting outside.

Just left this location , it was my children’s first time ever coming as a surprise and reward and the young worker with the glasses was extremely rude , not helpful , had a bad attitude , and was not even behind the register for the most part. Very snobby. Made my kids feel bad. Will never come here again and will be sure to let my community know that this location is not ideal.

Went in to get sons birthday froyo... said it a $5 min but there nothing in the app or stores says that so I had to pay the difference the manager was called very nasty attitude tell me that corporate will tell me the same thing so I told her that fine but that false advertisement if nothing says it's a $5 min this how you treat Children. It's very unlikely that I will return to this store and I wouldnt recommend anybody to go tobthis store they are rude and unwelcoming.Dietary restrictions: Milk

well I tried to give these people weeks & weeks to: 1) fix air conditioning. It is usually HOT in here. 2) fix all machines. Some often broken & yogurt is not frozen! It MELTS as soon as you pour! 3) prices way too high & more than published way more than other franchises! 4) restrooms blocked and closed! Avoid this location!!!
