I want to know why there is no consistency when food is made, one day I get alot of meat,next day hardly any,so who's in charge and obviously the commercials look nothing like real life

MY FOOD WAS NOT WRAPPED UP VERY GOOD AND WHEN I WENT TO PULL IT OUT OF THE BAG THE BURRITO UNRAVELED AND SPILLED DOWN IN MY BAG CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKED NO SMILE NO GREEDY NO NOTHING JUST TELL ME HOW MUCH THE AMOUNT WAS WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW AND HAD A PROBLEM WITH HOW MANY SAUCES I WANTED WITH MY MEAL I HAD TO PULL BACK AROUND TO DRIVE THROUGH THE LADY AT THE WINDOW ACTING LIKE SHE HAD A PROBLEM WITH REMAKING MY ORDERS THAT THEY HAD MESSED UP
Very bad service, no one can help you place the orders and you still ask them for help and they say we can't, very bad service, what's the use of a lot of people if they are not going to serve well?

Walked inside the order there's probably seven people standing behind the counter half of them are on their cell phone and then they direct you to use the kiosk said that they're too busy to ring you up at the moment and there is 12 of us all together trying to make an order so I would not recommend coming here at this Taco Bell whatsoever to anyone at any time

Saturday Morning crew rude. Did not have breakfast on swivel menus above counter. Said to use kiosk only which does not have cash options.
I always eat Taco Bell at night, always check before leaving but this time I trusted them with my order. It was my 1st time coming here but dang I got so mad when I got home.First they said I couldn't order chickenSecond I ordered 4 sides of steak & got only 2Third they didn't give my burrito ?Wth it wasn't even busy for y'allto get my order wrong.
