So I thought I would order online, get the App, get home delivery. Worked great, I think Uber Eats delivered promptly. Food was good, but we had ordered two sides that were not included in the order. Used their VERY confusing and almost useless contact method. Asked to be contacted by phone. I thought they never called but I received an email saying they had indeed called and I had replied via text that I did not recognize the number nor did it have an id so I would call it back. That is standard message since we all get so much spam and robo calls. I emailed them back and asked that they resolve this complaint, never heard so filed a second case, To date and much more time than necessary, I have yet to get a call, email or refund. I have dealt with many other Restaurant or fast food companies when I was shorted or had an issue. Most all of them have excellent CSR or systems in place to address this type of problems. Taco Cabana has no easy way, no contact information, number, email or chat. This is unacceptable. If you follow my Google Review or my Hotshot-USA Resource Network of Social Media and Websites, you know this is what I do. I review and let my members know what is on my mind. Even for such small of a deal.

I love Taco Cabana. This is the only one kind of near me. Anytime I am driving back home past it I try to go to it. The last 6 out of 10 times I go here something has been forgotten in my order. When I call and let them know the only option is to come back. Onetime I cam back the next day for a refund and it was a huge deal. The other time I went back to get the items missing. All other times I ate the cost which is unfortunate. They need to offer a gift car option or different refund option where I dont waste my time and gas.Yes, I should check fully through my bags but there's times i am in a rush or i order several items.I am saying fully check your bags and be cautious because they arent observant or consistent. Staff is always friendly

Sad to say after not going t this location for 2 years we decided to give it chance and it's was a disappointment to get all the way home had have missing items. Wad to tired to go back but filled out the survey and no response back from it. Won't be spending anymore money with them. Check your bag is all I can

Bummed that another Taco C has given me negative experience. Not the same TC i grew up with in SATX - tortillas smaller; told they had ranch salsa at drive thru- after driving around corner to wait ; given bag w/out salsa; had to ask again and simply said they ran out :( just not good
