Taco Casa is what it is . Consistent, Tasty, and sometimes pretty quick. The tacos have a different taste. Better than the Bell and Cabana, almost more of a homemade taste. I cannot eat it more then once every month otherwise it starts to taste weird. The line moves pretty quick, the cashiers have always been nice, only compliant is the prices are going up up up! $2.50 + tax for a hard shell taco adds up pretty quick if you are feeding more than one. Unfortunately this location does not have some of the specials other locations have that make it more economical Store is always clean and the ice is SUPERIOR.

Cashier tried my card (Apple Pay) 3/4 times saying it’s declined, usually I would get a decline notification so I’m already looking at him like how and there is money in my account but ok I’m tired of trying so I selected another card went right through. But now a few days later someone is trying to use both my cards beware of cashiers. I know now that he was copying my card info with a machine instead of actually trying to ring up my transaction!!!

4 years ago when this location opened it was good and food and good service. As years went buy it got worse, your orders were not complete when you got home with nachos there would be no meat. Last time I went about 6 months ago I had to tell person in the drive thru my nacho orders 2 or 3 times and he tells me to pull up to window. I get to window they do not have my order had to give it to that guy 2 or 3 times pay for it and drive home and my supreme nacho order was cheese nachos. I went back and went inside to talk to a manager and he did not speak English. So again I am talking to someone on the line that could not get my order right to begin with. He was supposedly telling manager what I was saying. They made up 3 more nachos to finally get it right. I have stopped going to this location. I know all races need to work but if I a customer service or management position you should be bilingual because that is the primary language still in Mesquite,TX. Thanks for letting me give my side. I have to go to Rowlett now if I want this type of food but I try to support my local area

Hey guy's, stopped in at the Galloway store. Could not believe what I was witnessing before my own eyes. The girl ringing my order up and in the process of making my drink, stops and puts her finger in her mouth and sucked it continued to make my drink. I politely told her I was not going to accept that drink since she put her finger in her mouth. Asked her to go wash her hands with soap and remake my drink. UNBELIEVABLE!
