Let me share my husbands and I experience with this Waffle House! First, we walked in, no greeting. We sat at a booth, the 1 waiter was at the other end of the bar/counter looking on his phone. We waited for him to come and get our drink order. And waited, and waited, and waited. As you can see from my photos, the place was NOT busy. He finally came and took our drink order and by that time, we knew our food order also, so he got that also. DID NOT announce our order or get our drinks. I am a former employee of Waffle House, I know how things are suppose to be done, the routine. So, by this time, I am VERY annoyed. My husband and I are talking and I made a comment to him about the service, the cook proceeds to get into our conversation and tells me, "We are very busy, he will get to you" Talking about the waiter. This ANNOYED me even more! But, I didnt say anything. Btw, we STILL haven't gotten our drinks or our order be put in. We have been there approx. 20 minutes. Another gentleman comes in, sits at the bar and the waiter takes his order, gets his drink. I was STEAMING! I yelled at the waiter, "Excuse Me!" And, straightaway, the cook turns around and says, "He's very busy, he will get to you". I told him, " We have been sitting here at least 20 minutes with not even our drink order!" He argued with me that we weren't there that long. I asked him" Do you have our food order?" " No" he said. I told him, " That gentleman just came in and has his drink and, you have his order! " I said " We are about to walk out! " He got a smug look on his face, waved his hand and said" Bye! ". Needless to say, we left. And, will NEVER return!

They put my order slightly wrong but, it's waffle House, you got to have Grace. My sever was the best though. Toilets could be cleaner, I must say. But, like I said, it's waffle House.

My favorite waffle house! Genevea was friendly and food was great.
Tried to come by after work around 2 am Wednesday morning, but the door was locked, but there was other customers inside. Everything says they are open 24 hours but I guess not.
Morning crew Nov 13, 2013Was greeted with a nice smile and ready to serve. Lady took my order and she didn’t overcharge me. Food was fresh and fast and good. If you dine in with morning crew please leave the lovely workers a tip!

Had the worst experience ever, today. There were 2 open seats at the counter that never got cleaned up. Went and sat, hoping someone would clean it up. Sat there forb15 mins and no one bothered to clean up or take my order. There were lots of staff, ko one doing a darn thing. Drove over to Waffel house on Jupiter. Lots of open seating and staff took care of us very fast. I will not be coming back to this dump.
Love, love me some Waffle House. It's my favorite place to eat breakfast.
