Only reason I’m giving it a 5 because there was only one worker at this location arlandus “spell check” that young man need a raise ain’t no way he the only one running this store. If y’all sales low blame the workers that didn’t show up. That young man was respectful and never showed frustration. I told him if it was me I’ll would close the store lol. Y’all need to do better by y’all employees. 1 other worker did show up later! Get y’all staff together cuh fasho.

The last time we ate here a few years ago my onion rings were cold, raw and dripping with grease. The other day we were at the hardware store and thought we'd try this Whataburger again. We waited more than five minutes -- standing around waiting for someone to take our order. Two employees saw and ignored us. IGNORED US. One swept around us. So we left.

It’s a shame in how much this place has changed. I remember growing up this place used to be the best Whataburger to come eat at. Now service is slow, food is cold, and it seems like the owner/manager doesn’t see it or care. The one off motley those is the BEST LOCATION in mesquite! So I’ll be taking my business to that one.

I have been going to this Whataburger for almost fifty years and recently there has been a serious decline in customer service. They got my order wrong, again and the assistant didn't even apologize for it. Won't be going back, I can make my own burger at home Fast food has become too expensive anyway.

No one answered the drive through , drove to the window and the employee acted like I was bothering her , didn’t order . This is why I go to In-and-Out better customer service . I’ll probably never eat Whataburger again

Omecia is the goat yall, go here to this classic 50s looking whataburger in mesquite to be treated right. This manager attentively listened to my specific requests and then granted them by personally following through herself. If I could give 10 out of 10 I would. BUSINESS COACHES AND OTHER CORP GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE. Her customer service is impeccable and you're the ones benefiting from her hard work. Keep her around if you're smart
