the team lead was so rude !! i don’t remember his name , he was so unprofessional… he was cussing while i was trying to order my food.. the whole staff was just standing in ONE spot and i was waiting for about 20 minutes just for my food to be soggy and cold ! definitely do not recommend this WHATABURGER at all!

Dine in after school is a no no !!!! Horrible time to eat there after school! It gets full of rude loud teens after school and frustrates cashier and cashier be yelling at the teens to be quite constantly making it very uncomfortable teens cursing really bad at mesquite whataburger location off of motley and town east blvd!!! It’s a jungle up in there ! ?

Well, my first experience was very intimidating.The staffs there are very rude.They do not smile, they act all inconsiderate,They look at you like as if they've had beef with you.To me, they act like they're just there for a paycheck. I thought having the Hispanics running popeyes was bad.I think African Americans need to switch jobs with the hispanics at popeyes onRustown in mesquite texas cause I don't trustThe hispanic employees at popeyes if you want to know the truth. Who ever heard of Hispanics running a Cajun restaurant? ItJust doesn't set right with me,no more than an African American running a Mexican restaurant. I know this review is based onWhataburger, I just had to add popeyesBecause of the difference in the differentCultures running two different restaurantsIs all. The African Americans should be running popeyes Cajun chicken, and the Hispanics run Whataburger. It just seems backwards to me,and not right at all.

Customer service is god awful. Not a single employee wants to be there. The African American female behind the counter has an attitude problem that almost got adjusted by my wife. The tall gentleman behind the counter on the other hand needs a raise for having to deal with her all day.

This place sucks. Took 20 minutes to get some taquitos. Then when I finally get them they tell me they don’t have any picante sauce. There’s 40 stores in DFW, go borrow some. Then the taquito is made like this? Yall are horrible, should terminate the entire management team.
