this location 1515 N Town East Blvd Ste 104 Mesquite tx, 75150 the ice machine has not been working for a long time, it is unpleasant to drink the hot soda without ice it does nothing to solve it my previous visit was on March 22 there was no ice, I will be back to come today April 4th and they still have no ice because they don't do anything about it and. There is a Manager who, when the line is long, tells and scream at the customers that the orders will take more than 1 hour for people to leave. noisy, dirty place, raw fries and wings No sauce

In a fast food chain there is no reason why you should have to wait 2 hours for food. Everyone inside was in the same boat. Never returning to this location the staff is rude and service is horrible . Do better wingstop!

Literally every time I come here and order well done fries I always get undercooked, soggy, extremely greasy fries. Even had them remake it and still can’t get it right. Done losing money here.

Me and my husband wanted to enjoy wings for lunch together so of course we were going to order the “Boneless Wing Meal Deal” which is advertised on their window and on their website that you get “20 boneless wings (includes 4 flavors of your choice) a large fry and 2 dipping sauces” my husband orders this and he is told by Trinity that is does not exist and they can’t do that for him because no meal that exists has 20 wings in it when CLEARLY they do because that is what is advertised on their window and she proceeded to make my husband order EVERYTHING separately and pay more in the end. The customer service here is terrible the way I was taught growing up is the customer is always right especially when what they want is advertised and never belittle your customers and make them feel dumb. Wingstop if you don’t provide this “meal deal” stop advertising it everywhere including the store window.

Dont go here. You will be waiting for over an hour even on slow days. Employees yell at customers, roll eyes, play in the back while there is people waiting. The counter will be left unattended for a long time. Year or two ago this place was fine idk what happened the last couple of times it has been the same horrible experience.
