What’s the point of being nasty with customers? Clearly the food is cold and refuse to even acknowledge the customer is even in front of them? Then leave and wait in the back until the customer just leaves? What is the point of that? We aren’t paying dollar menu prices to just be ok with cold food. Definitely lost a customer until they get new management. Lady was just very unprofessional at the counter. This happened about 15 minutes ago. I’m sure you guys can figure out who she was.

LaNaiya and Marci are just a few of the wonderful people that absolutely stood out today. This place was busy, and these ladies, and other employees, were dealing with very cranky people. I had a problem with the online order and they were not able to find it. I just explained what I had ordered and Marci was on it and said give her a moment. Order was found, and it was hot and good. i came in around five and there was somewhat of a rush but the front desk person was super friendly and on top of things. orders do take a while to come out but it seems like it’s just a lack of employees. food was great! everyone was on top of it

OMG! My experience at this location is UNACCEPTABLE! I placed my order at 10:45pm and expected to pick up my order at 11:15pm. I pulled up at the window about 2-3 early and gave the girl my name. I literally sat in the drive thru for 30+ mins waiting! I look through the window and saw this girl texting on her phone and talking to another girl inside who didn’t even order anything! I blew my horn and SHE IGNORED ME AND LAUGHED! I’m glad my teenage daughter was with me calm me down because I was BEYOND PISSED! Finally got our food and it was COLD of course. Unacceptable service! I guess I’ll be going to the Town East location for now on!

I have gone back thinking things would change in the management and personal, but no changes. Personal in restaurants don't care about the customer or orders. Food is usually overcooked and burnt. I thought the new restaurant would bring change, but not so far. Shame on cooperation to not watch their restaurants.

Love the fact that it's drive-thru, so that's a plus. That being said, the boneless wings are sometimes so tiny. Also, called to put in an order and asked to please gold for a second. Waited over 10 minutes and had to hang up. Called again and this time it went straight to hold. Then someone came on, asked if I was placing order and when I said yes I was asked to hold forna second again. After a long time I just hung up and went to another place to eat.

Super delicious, juicy wings, crispy fries, and the customer service is very good, friendly, and the kitchen knows what they are doing, and they work quickly, suggestion for customers, be patient, understand that they have orders online, by phone, present. AND WE ALL WANT THIS FLAVOR OF WINGS STOP!!

I don't understand all the bad reviews for this location. My husband and I have been going to this one ever since it opened up and it's been perfect every time, even when busy. Our food has been 100% correct, including sauces, it's been on time every time, and the staff have been great.
