I've given this place several tries when it comes to the corn in the cups... Each time it just comes out watery, and literally almost no crema or queso in it. Not worth it. My family members were unsatisfied as well.

We just bought something from here. The corn in a cup tasted expired. The ceviche tostadas weren’t that good, the fish was hard but it tasted very fishy. Can’t even say it was fresh. The tostadas were very stale. It’s a cute place, I’ll give them that. But the food is terrible. The customer service is subpar.

I will not return to this place, I ordered some strawberries ? with cream and they gave me almost pure strawberries, it seems that they sold them the cream, they increased the price to almost 10 dollars for a medium glass and they reduced the cream, the truth is it is a robbery..??? ?

Very rude attitude,no a/c in the store,order is incorrect and the lady ? I don't know if she is happy working there but customer services and food is nasty,that's why some many new Hispanic restaurants close because actitud and quality is so bad.

service was a** , i asked lady for a waffle choclate con with 2 flavors and she gave me a choclate ice cream and i told her 2 times after that i corrected her and proceeded to yell and get mad and get this in mind i told her nicely in a calm attitude and told her it's about okay to charge me it and still YELLS AT ME ! i also told her i want nachos for my sibling with no jalapeños and she gave me jalapeños like what so i told her to give me a cup to put the jalapeños in and she gave me attitude and started yelling at me even more like lady , i kept it calm simply walked out the store and she proceeded to just laugh on top of that the horchata tasted like straight water and there was no ac like how are you preaparing food in that environment , my grandmas fruit tasted like it was way past due with that sour sour flavor i use to come here all the time now i'm never going back , xquincles do better and fire that lady smh

My dad ordered a pistachio ice cream and later on when he tried it he noticed it had a sour taste. Turns out it was spoiled. Also the prices are not good at all like a small ice cream was $5. I definitely wouldn’t come here again.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! I came here because I saw it across the street and wanted to try this place because my family and I wanted to try something new & we were craving delicious ice cream. Whenever we first walked, the workers didn’t greet us or acknowledge us AT ALL. There was no other customers at the moment and we were patiently waiting to be attended. After like seven minutes a worker (lady with red hair and bangs) came up to the register and asked us what we’d like. SHE MADE US PAY BEFORE WE EVEN GOT THE ITEMS. UNLIKE BRAUMS.We payed her $8.75 for two ice cream cones. And then waited to receive the Ice cream that we paid for. My family and I probably waited well over 10 minutes. The workers didn’t care at all it was like they were ignoring us and our existence, they were just cleaning. They had their backs turned around. ALSO family and I overheard them say "That the ice cream was HARD/STALE/ and had FREEZER BURNS, but they never mentioned that to us or told us that they were having issues, so we were just patiently waiting to be attended and we weren’t told anything at all. After a long time of waiting and feeling like we weren’t being acknowledged, and ignored. I told the lady if she could refund me my money because we were waiting a LONG time, and then the lady said, "I’ll put hot water on the ice cream to melt it down for you". Overall, this place is HORRIBLE! THE STAFF IS RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, IGNORANT, and overall very CHAFA CORRIENTE , THESE workers have no manners at all. ESPECIALLY GIOVANA. THIS IS MY FIRST and DEFINITELY LAST TIME HERE. Family went home disappointed, and empty handed after waiting FOREVER. 0/10
Nasty attitude from what I think is the manager , i bought a mangonada that looked like shaved ice , when I've come here before and it's a smooth orange mango ice cream , and this was pale yellow and freezer burned i complained and she did nothing for me , didn't offer to make me something else or refund my money , don't come here and waste your money , take your business somewhere else

Not my favorite mangonadas. Pre-made mango flavor raspa. You will need a spoon or wait a while for it to melt. The ice tastes like it's been in a freezer for a couple of days. Almost $8 for a medium, I've had better for sure.

Their elote, and fresas con crema, are my favorite. I also like the unique ice cream flavors: maza pan, gansito, coconut, to name a few. They have plenty of variety for the whole family to choose something they'd like. I recommend going here if you are having a snack attack.
