How they can call this BBQ is BEYOND me!!! Brisket was literally tough as a boot! Ribs weren’t much better. No flavor, very bland. The sausage was actually really good and so was the chicken. All in all will never go here again, DO NOT recommend and totally a waste of my $55 bucks!!!!

Everything about the place screams AWESOME!!!Big variety of foods,lots of space in a quiet neighborhood....bar,music, outside/inside dining and the prices won't leave you feeling guilty afterwards!

Exellent BBQ and sides. Fried pickles are perfection coleslaw is fresh. Smoke flavor is really solid nice hickory and homemade sauce. Highly recommend.

The 4 of us in our group had a very delicious lunch at Brown's BBQ today!!! The aroma of smoke drew us in the second we opened the car door. Everything we ate was scrumptious. In fact we all ordered breakfast burritos for the next day! The Brown's are gracious hosts at their amazing BBQ restaurant. Can't wait to return for more of their wonderful food cooked with love.
Fastest Service I’ve ever encountered, Friendly, Professional at what they do , and the Food was Awesome, going back Soon ????Parking: Didn’t have a Problem,in and out with my family dinner for 8, in about 12 - 14 minutes ???

If you are serious about barbecue, Brown's is a must do in Midland.The sausage and brisket was pretty good but the real story was the ribs. They were delicious and perfectly cooked with the precise ratio of flame charred and tenderness.Another honorable mention was their hand made chilli Verde ? hot sauce ( excellent )I'm also told they do good Ole fashion breakfast which I intend on trying soonVegetarian options: There are vegetarian options

I can’t believe I haven’t tried this place sooner! As a vegetarian, not only do I appreciate the vast menu of meatless items, but they are legitimately delicious! I ordered the beyond steak fajitas and a (meat eater) family member got the impossible breakfast burrito. We both absolutely loved them and will definitely be going back for more the next time I’m there. Keep doing what you’re doing because Midland needs it! And the owners were so sweet and accommodating!

While traveling on a business trip passing through Midland we needed a place to stop for lunch and this turned out to be a decent choice.Since we were on a schedule we needed just a light lunch. I chose a 1 meat & 2 sides, Pulled Pork, Potato Salad & Baked Beans! The meat was tender & juicy, the sides were phenomenal! Best baked beans that I could remember having and I loved the idea of serving in a small cast iron skillet! The potato salad was equally impressive.I did not care for the BBQ Sauce that came with the meal. It was an over powering vinegar taste. To be honest I didn’t ask if there were other options since I enjoyed the meal as it was!Whether you live there or pass through I would recommend honing this place a try!

I walked into this establishment and was immediately greeted by very nice staff behind the counter. The place was very clean, even the kitchen looked clean as I could see it from the counter. I ordered my food and then waited for it to be ready. When they called my name, the lady behind the counter checked my order against the receipt, and when she was satisfied, everything was there she gave me my order. I ordered the sausage, brisket, potato salad, and baked beans with pickles and BBQ on the side. Once I got home, I started eating. I was immediately upset at the portion size for the price, which was just shy of $30, and I was very disappointed in the food. The brisket was dry, the sausage was bland, and the potato salad had very little flavor as well. The baked beans tasted like they came out of a can, but at least they had flavor. I had to use the BBQ sauce to smother the meat for any semblance of flavor, and to my disappointment, the BBQ sauce had a very mild flavor as well. The sauce was runny, with a slight hint of spiciness, and was on the verge of being bland. Overall, the food was edible, but that's the best I can say about it. Just like all the other BBQ restaurants in Midland I have visited, this is another disappointment.
Mr. Brown was awesome! Came in for a business breakfast while in midland and their food was great! Hospitality was wonderful, the owner Mr. Brown even showed us the pit! Wonderful experience and will be back next time I'm in Midland!!!

First time eating here. Very friendly and energetic owner. I had the combo breakfast burrito with brisket and potato. I also had the lobster roll. I would 100% recommend both.
