This place needs to be studied at Harvard. For WORST customer service ever. I mean it was terrible, I'm talking HORRIBLE!! Let me start by saying.... If you truly hate your job, just leave, stop being rude to people, stop being mean and spiteful to PAYING customers because you hate your job. So I go and get the 3 piece mix and as I pull up the lady taking my order looked like she had seen the person she hated most in the world. I say "how are you" and she responds "What do you want?" Off rip I'm about respect so to keep myself grounded I just took a deep breath and said "I hope your good" and proceeded to order then she says " what do you want to drink" in the most rude and angry tone. And I say "sweet tea" didn't ask me about a side but luckily for them I'm okay with fries and I grew up with nothing so I'll eat what's put in front of me, I get home and the fries tasted like they had been cooked last Monday and they gave me one big thigh and two malnourished wings. I just paid $13 for this ?!?? I ate it but when I went to take a sip of the sweet tea it tasted like freaking mint!! It was so weird! When the lady handed me my food she put the bag in my truck window and dropped it. At this point it was taking everything in me not to just blow my lid for the blatant disrespect. If you're the manager at this location I suggest you take a seat and have a wall to wall with your crew. Thanks for the horrible experience. At least the chicken was decent.

There are several places on North Big Spring Street that we can buy chicken from, but because this place always gives us great food AND service, we keep coming back to them.We like to reheat our leftover tenders in the air fryer, they come out crispy and delicious!

I am annoyed that every time I go to the location on big spring st in midland Texas I am told no buffalo fries but the wadley location has them all the time 1st I was told no buff fries after 8am now I am told not after 5 seriously how can you put time frame at one location but not others?

Bad service drove up to get something one of the workers was sitting in front young kid tattoo on face wanted be just got up walk to do lock the door pretend like he did see me get off so took I money some where else just down the road to church chicken that's twice they done that then drove by and poeple are going in 1/2 star cause of service

Went thru drive thru . Just nowTwo orders of gizzards and a two piece of chicken MEAL . Got home , which I live five miles out of city limits. Open my bag of food. NO CHICKEN ?? ALL GIZZARDS, I HATE GIZZARDS. DAM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!HUSBAND ATE HIS LUNCH AND FOR MEI DIDNT EAT . ??

Bush's chicken is by far my favorite chicken place in town but here recently I have been disappointed to find that even arriving 30 mins before close they have shut down for the night. This has happened several times now. If you don't close for 30 more mins then you stay open.
