This place is one of which I do not want to return, the woman who serves is super rude, her responses demonstrate the terrible customer service, I did not like the food, I went with great enthusiasm to eat something similar to the food of my country and I I was left with the bad experience.

The service is terrible, first time in my fifty years that they have served me a Venezuelan breakfast plate with an arepa cut in half! Half an arepa, better make it smaller and serve it complete, American coffee with a separate plastic container and a finger of milk, the parrot will be painted because neither the tomato nor the onion can be seen, nothing... that is, it is just scrambled egg , but in reality the worst of all is the attention of the person who serves, very bad attitude, apparently everything bothers him, what a shame to arrive at a place to be poorly served, I do not recommend it, I am sorry for its owners but they should evaluate the kind of staff they leave their business on.

We arrived at the place and it was closed, even though Google said open. A shame. Although apparently we were saved from bad food and bad service as the other comments emphasize.

I'm American but my wife is Venezuelan. She and her family have introduced me to a variety of Venezuelan food that I've come to love. The establishment did not have tequeños or empanadas due to being the holidays ( it was two days after Christmas). We ordered the Patacon, unfortunately the portion was small and not worth the $15 dollar price. Very little mozzarella cheese and little sweet plantain. Wish there was the option to choose between green platain or maduro plantain for the patacon. If you open up a restaurant, I understand if you run out of one or two things. However, tequeños and empanadas are a staple. It's like saying that a Mexican restaurant doesn't have tortillas.A young mother came with her children asking for tequeños as well and after being told there were no tequeños, she left immediately.Overall, the place was not a good representation of what Venezuelan food is.

Terrible food and bad service.

I ordered food from the restaurant over and went to eat outside with my friends. I assumed the common area was for both areas so we sat closer to the cafe. Near the end of eating a worker or manager opened the cafe door and yelled at us “How dare you eat here, don’t throw away your trash in my trash cans”. Due to this experience I will not ever consider eating at this cafe.
