The best part about this place is the quality of food however our experience unfortunately wasn't great. The chef dropped my meal which happened to be the last one available and we received no comps for the inconvenience. Also, corking fee is $20 per bottle so we paid $40 to bring our own wine. It could be a really great restaurant they just need to work service and definitely lower the corking fee or at least charge it just once.

Had to wait 30 minutes to actually get service. You have to bring your own wine, so we couldn't even drink until we got a waiter. Took almost an hour and half before we got entrees. Our food wasn't even the same as what was listed on the menu. We were told they were running slow, but our food was barely warm. Dessert was alright.

This place is fantastic. Four of us went and we all got something different. None of us were disappointed. Scallops and shrimp are huge. Seafood was fresh. Pasta was excellent. Chocolate cake and Creme brûlee and lemoncello were big hits.

Best place to eat in Midland. Incredible food and the best servers in Midland. I don't really want to give such a glowing review because I want to be able to get back in with reservations in the future, but this restaurant and owner are truly deserving of your business. Every bite brought a smile to my face and I couldn't stop thanking them for the unbelievable food. At the end I said I wanted to go back here on every date night. Thanks to the entire staff and team for a wonderful and delicious night.

I am always so impressed with this place. You can consider us regulars by now! Every time we come we are instantly greeted by Dominique himself, as well as his friendly staff. Paul, the young waiter, is phenomenal at what he does. His kind demeanor, his scrumptious suggestions, the whole 9 yards. We love love love this place & fully intend on being regulars forever! Also, if you get the fondue bread bowl, be sure to ask for it with bacon. & impeccable suggestion by Paul himself. ;)

Not sure why we waited so long to visit Cafe Dominique, because it might be my new favorite restaurant in Midland! The food is outstanding and the service matches. Cannot wait to go back and try some of the other menu options. The owners were very nice and check on us several times during our meal. Give this place a try, you wont be dissapointed.

Drove from Big Spring and so worth the drive. Delicious food, ribeye was perfectly seasoned and cooked, tres leches was a perfect way to end the meal. Service was on point as was the music. We went on Wednesday night. We will be back. Keep up the great work.

This place is such a hidden gem in Midland. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding! The atmosphere was great, a little noisy but it's small as to be expected. It's BYOB and we didn't know that was the only option, but it was fine with us! We will absolutely be back, over and over.

Amazing food! our group had the Sea Bass, Chicken Marsala and Shrimp scampi. All delicious, we started with the Avocado shrimp appetizer then ended with cheese cake and loaded chocolate cake, we will definitely be back?

Dinner date on a Friday night, glad we made a reservation because it was a small space! Kind of hard to find South of Tall City Meat Market, but so cute and quaint inside! We ordered calamari to start, probably the best you can get in Midland! Would definitely recommend! $15 sounds a little high, but it is a fair portion! Plus it's midland lol gotta pay for good seafoodBoyfriend got Salmon Portofino because I really enjoyed mine at Venezia's (here was cheaper by $10) and he said it was good but slightly overcooked.I ordered the Veal with Cream Sauce, which was SOOOOO good! A tad salty, but really really good. We also brought a bottle of Caymus, because we knew it was BYOB. They actually have wine for sale, but it was worth it to us to drink our winery exclusive with the meal. The cork fee is $20, which I thought was a little high for the city. Wish I wasn't so full that I could have tried to tiramisu or limoncello cake. I WILL be back! Also got to meet Mr.Dominique on our way out! I hate to compare, but I honestly think the food was much better than Venezia's! and Venezia is good, much better than Ray's. This might be my new favorite date night spot.
