This location is one of the worst locations in Midland and it’s so sad because it’s a popular location so many people get screwed over. Messing up orders. Not giving enough products. What are y’all rationing for? When you ask for sauces, they only give you 1 or 2 for multiple meals! The sweet tea tastes like sugar water. The yogurt cups aren’t filled all the way up. And then the workers they hire DO NOT live up to second mile service! I was once an employee for CFA when I was a teenager and I know for a fact that this CFA is not living up to the standard the company has set up for their brand. So sad. Maybe the owner needs to reevaluate their standards of their store instead of just seeing dollar signs.

Like most Chick-fil-A's service was great it was a little hectic (it was lunch time) seeing there was allot of kids there I'm guessing there is a high school close by. But even then they got my order to me quite quickly and food was excellent. The restaurant and restroom were really clean. Parking was a little cramp but only because the drive through line almost went around the restaurant. Again it was lunch time.Kid-friendliness: They do have a little play area for the kiddos.

Never going back. The service is terrible. Constantly screwing up orders. It's really hard to take an order, swipe a card, heat up some food, and place it in a bag, right? Yeah, that's rocket science, all right. Staff is completely incompetent. I'm sick of it. Never going back and I work at the hospital. I will make sure my unit doesn't order from them for our events/meetings in the future.
