If you like to wait 30 minutes or more to get cold food and pay $50 for 3 people to eat it's all you. And yes this place has disappointed me in several states, several locations in more than 1 town/city.

A walkup snack shop version of the popular restaurant, it also serves more than just chicken sandwiches; the best macaroni and cheese in the world is here, along with ice cream. A great place to stop for a quick lunch while you're mall walking or shopping.

Don't bother ordering curbside at this location! Ordered 2 shakes sat waiting in my car for 15 minutes never came. Ran inside and there was no one in line 5 people standing around doing nothing with my shakes sitting on the rack. I went in grabbed my shake and said "you do do curbside right??" Pointing to my cup that said "curbside" And the young lady looked at me blankly and just said uh huh. Your better off to just use their parking spots as convenient parking for the mall!

Chick-fil-A at the mall food court. Busy during lunch time on a Monday but efficient. Staff was friendly. Chick-fil-A has my favorite nuggets even though they're small; unfortunately, they were very dry here. Waffle fries and sweet tea tasted good like the usual. 12 ct nuggies meal w/ medium drink and fries - $11.29Spicy sandwich meal - $9.65I'd go with another option at the food court.

My husband got food poisoning from here never again will we eat here. A they stated was if I wanted to replace the meal like really who would want too after having to go to the ER very dissatisfied not to mention what we had to pay going to the ER smh?
Ever since the new operator this been the worst experience. I’ve tried multiple times and my order is wrong or missing a full meal. I get no response from either store manager or from the website comment page. I would recommend trying a different location.
