Please keep the exterior door in the drive thru closed. Flying bugs are a thing in Texas. And the store was not getting a delivery. The door was propped open with a bucket. And employees smoking in the parking lot. Not something customers want or care to see.Fried pickles that were fried way to long. 50% were void of any moisture. The sounded like potato chips when you not into them. How embarrassing to send that out.

terrible customer service rude I all I wanted to know was what they were out of because they were out of pretty much the whole menu. The manager just told me when I asked she yelled and said, what are you looking for like did she want me to repeat my whole order because I just told the cashier what I wanted and he said they were out of everything and then she just had a shitty ass attitude, it was clean though I got chicken from here before it was good. She was just so rude. The manager didn't even get her name rude

Bought a 20 piece of tenders. Let the older black lady know that the chicken was not fresh and she sat there and argued with me it was fresh and i was lying it was just brought up out of fryer. Lazy and disrespectful.Asked her name she rolled her eyes and walked away.

I don't have any issues with the food but service can be hit or miss. I don't know if they can't hear or if they don't listen but they have not given me my full order on 3 or 4 occasions. However, my biggest annoyance is that once, I had a large order for a group and when I asked about the sauces I was told it would be an additional .39 cents...per sauce pkt/pod whatever it is.. I had just paid $30 on food and they want to charge for sauce. Popeyes, Arby's, Whataburger, Taco Villa are all very generous with their sauces..free with purchase. When I questioned it I was told it was a decision made by the manager. ?♀️maybe it's just me.

I went through the drive thru and had to wait a few minutes before Rozlyn took my order. She apologized and mentioned that only she and her manager showed up tonight. I was very sympathetic and told her it was fine...everything was fine. I get to the window to pay for my order that is almost $45 and I slip her another $20 and told her to put that in her pocket. Y'all, she literally started crying. This young girl was in tears over a $20 tip. I wanted to post this because I want people to know how much these restaurant workers are going through and what they have to deal with. She did a great job and is an asset to Chicken Express. She works at the one in Midland, Texas on Andrews Highway. Good job RozlynPlease be kind to restaurant workers. Be patient and understanding. They are all over worked. The manager was kind enough to reassure her that she was doing a great job. I told her to just breathe and take care of one customer at a time..that's all she can do. She really appreciated my kind words.
