Long line and staff was not fast enough. Lately when I go to this Chipotle in Midland, TX their both rice are very uncooked. They are hard to chew and not at all boiled and soft.

This place has gotten so bad lately. Not having food/ sides, no employees, line is terrible, employees working are rude, and just overall bad. Food is cold also. Do not recommend we will not be coming back anytime soon.

I paid for my meal and saw that it went through, but a female cashier told me it didn’t and asked me to swipe again. Sure enough I was charged twice, two different amounts. Reading the reviews below I can see that this has happened more than once and sounds like a scam. I won’t return.

Why is this place still open. I heard a lot about chipotle and always wanted to try it.. and i couldn't be more disappointed it is the subway of mexican food, but even worse. I don't see how anyone can eat here its so bad. Please let's stop going here and get something else brought in.

Chipotle never disappoints the food is so fresh . The service at the counter could be better I stood one time while atleast 4 people walked by me while they were prepping and no one addressed me to take my order. It was atleast a 6 min wait with no other people in line.

Good food, but super small location with a very small dining area. We were rubbing elbows with the group next to us. Also, Chipotle has gotten so expensive. It cost our family $82.00 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids for lunch!

I don’t know why this Chipotle can’t get their act together, but they can’t. If you go at 10:45/11 when they open, they tell you they are out of stuff because the staff arrives in a herd at 10:30, and they haven’t had time to cook it yet. If you go at 2pm, they are out of stuff because they can’t keep up with the lunch demand, and if you go in the evening, they are out of stuff because they are going to close soon and don’t want to cook anymore and are trying to pre-close. They almost always are out of one ingredient, usually cheese or lettuce, and they blame it on truck orders. If you go in the morning, your food is leftover from the night before and cold. Poor management, maybe?

It's always a hit or miss with potle. When they hit, it's delicious but when they miss you always say your never coming back but you end up coming back in the future. Shouldn't be that way but it is what it is.

This is not the first time this has happened so far this year. I ordered since I left work because I wanted to go to rest early and they made me wait for my order for approximately 20 minutes. I have been a customer of this establishment for many years but Lately the people who work here are very lazy and they are not friendly when serving you, it seems like they are being forced to work here
