Usually eat at the Odessa location & even family members from out of state LOVE Curb Side. We are traveling east today & stopped by Midland Curb Side. The sliders had great taste, well made and awesome. The outside of the restaurant and inside are so cute! 4 stars - the staff lacked knowledge & again being use to Odessa they didn’t bring the same vibe and service. Second is the fries! Wow! My husband loves sliders, and I brought him here for date night. I had the Homer Simpson and Mamma Jamma. He had the Jefe and Borracho. Each came with a huge side of fries covered in spicy ketchup and cilantro ranch. We loved each bite, and agreed the prices were perfect.

The most unique menu I have seen in years. I was a fine dining waiter for 15 years, I've been in hundreds of restaurants. This was the cleanest, most professional kitchen I have ever seen, ( off tv.) Very impressive portions and prices.Absolutely 5 STAR. ILOVED ALL OF IT.IAN AT THE DOOR SAY HELLO.
