This is the BEST FOOD TRUCK in Midland! The owners are originally from San Diego and make authentic California burritos, Carne Asada fries and horchata! The whole menu is amazing and you will not be disappointed. They are quick too unlike many other food trucks and very friendly! Give them a try, you won’t regret it. This will be your new favorite spot as it is mine!

The birria quesadilla (or quesabirria on the menu) was large enough to split, stuffed with tender beef and stringy cheese, served up with delicious consume and little cups of red and green salsas. Great portion sizes and the elote was delicious. Could've used a little more seasoning on the tacos. They were a little bland but overall very tender meat. Aqua Frescas were huge and so yummy and the salsas topped off the dish.
