Food used to be better here. Seems like they either have employees that don’t care or they just don’t care themselves anymore. The Odessa location is still great but I don’t recommend this one as much.
I think these are the best Birria tacos I've had. Amazing for midland. Birria Ramon were really good once I reheated them on the stove. The noodles absorbed the consomme and we added the red sauce. ?

Love it. Some reason I thought it was a restaurant not food truck but still happy with the food. Really glad they stay open late. Not the best I've had but I'm really happy with what I got. Will definitely try again because they stay open late.Stopped by again and this time it was the weekend. It was busy but the birria was hot and fresh this time since they were really busy.
