Chef Michael and Exquisite Catering is my go to for everything from very large events to small dinner parties! He delivers every single time! I’ve worked with him for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and the service can’t be beat! I’ll include a pic from the most recent small job, a beef Wellington for my sons birthday. It was beyond delicious! I have no idea how he was able to keep it rare with a crispy crust!

Tried to hire for a luncheon. Was told by Chef Michael it was a go and he would send the proposal that same day. I did not receive the proposal so the next day I called and left a message. No response. Our event is scheduled for tomorrow and he just tried to call. Too late. Not a good look for a business. We will not ever try to use them again.

I live in WA state. I admittedly waited to the last minute for my dad's birthday. Figured I would just find a restaurant to Uber eats him a birthday meal, but I was not impressed with any of the options. I was kicking myself b/c I thought had I prepared properly, I could have possibly found a private chef to cook him an exquisite meal...he's so deserves. As I was searching, I came across Exquisite Catering...it was 3pm here, 5pm there...no way I could schedule something for the next day. But then something told me...call anyway. And so I did, not so much to schedule something for my dad, but just to check out the business for future reference. Mike, the owner answered, we chatted and I eventually told him my dilemma. Well, to my surprise, Mike said..."I have things already scheduled for tomorrow, but I'll cook your dad a dinner". WWWWHHHHHAAAAATTTTT????? Y'all when I say my wig was blown! Not only did he work out a dinner menu with me, he provided 2 cakes and delivery. My dad is still talking about this dinner. The steak was EXQUISITE...grilled to perfection, moist, seasoned to the T. The trimmings, bacon wrapped asparagus, purple potato medley, Mike cut zero corners. I really felt as if Mike treated my dad as if he was his own. If you are looking for someone who will put his heart and soul into your catering needs, don't just consider...HIRE MIKE @ EXQUISITE CATERING! You will not be disappointed with the service and quality of his work. I know of his kindness, generosity and professionalism, I can't wait for my summer vacation to Midland, so I can get a taste of his Exquisite Catering for myself!
