Customer service was trash. I was seated by the host with a menu. I was never greeted by a server. Someone came in after me and received service before I did. I never was greeted by a server/waiter after 15 mins of waiting I got up and left.

Everything was dry. It's a fajita it had no real flavor and the tortilla was thick and chewy. Oh and 4 % to use your card. I'll pass going forward service was maybe a 2

It's unfortunate that they are already customers and the quality of the cimda drops, the 7 seas broth is really terrible, today I ordered a papered fish fillet and they gave it to me fried and greasy. I returned it to the cook, I paid and left, I don't think I will return or recommend

I like this place, the only thing that makes it terrible are the two managers acting arrogant towards their workers, it is clear that they do not have experience for their position, for the sole reason of calling the attention of a worker in front of all her clients Why do that? It is clear that the problems are discussed in private. The owners should do something about it since this is not the first time something like this has happened with the “managers”. If I were the owner I would NEVER have this type of people in my business.????

been there several times after they opened west county road location. its slightly above average food, I hadn't found anything that great. I noticed the service staff doesn't know the menu .. ive asked questions about the menu and they never know the answers. they look at the menu when you order because they havnt learnt the dishes. so thst means very little training . I will no longer go due to my last visit. I sat there 10 minutes with no service .. brought it up to manager and her only response was "ill make sure your food comes out quickly". I guess that meant cold because the beans and rice were cold as they must of just came out a fridge had to ask server to heat up ( not the first time rice was that way) manager never checked on me again...notice she just sat at bar the whole time... guess they think they will always have business .....not with service like this

It’s really gone downhill. I’ve been coming here for awhile and while the food is usually great the service is getting worse and worse. A lot of that is due to them hiring waitresses that do not speak any English. I love coming to Mexican restaurants but unfortunately do not speak Spanish so it makes it extremely difficult to communicate. The last two times I’ve gone the waitress could not communicate and therefore my order was not correct. I understand they’re trying to make a living but when you’re charging 16$ a plate and up I’d like it to at least be correct. It’s impossible to even communicate that something’s wrong as they can barely take the order to begin with.

Referring to the new location on WCR ! I was very disappointed in the food , everything was cold and the rice was hard ! Service was horrible as well ! Nobody knew what they were doing ! I do not recommend this place !

It was a very horrible night 02-20-24 First of all it took over 15min before we were asked for our drink order after we were sat down. Then it took over 20mins before we were asked for our food order, and on top of all that it was at least an 1hr or so before the food came to the table. The food was not great at all. We order a breakfast burrito and it wasn't mentioned to us that they didn't have the burrito we ordered. That was over the hr of us wanting for our food. So we then asked for a different kind of burrito and the cooks thought that it would be funny and sent my grandson a burrito with pulled apart hot dog Winnie covered in Tomatoes and lettuce that was put together very nasty. Then after we told them of the bs they did it was witnessed they were laughing of the f-up at the cooks window. Also the men restroom had water in the floor with was hard to see on the way it was camouflage in, and one of our males that was in our party sleep and fell in the restroom with wet toilet paper in the floor and he had hurt his wrist and back and also got his clothes wet not knowing if it was urine mixed up in it. We notified the Manger at which she was supper nice and very helpful through this slip and fall. But I will not return back to this eating establishment, I just can't believe how poor quality of food that was served to us. I will say this the manger didn't charge for the meal and I appreciate that but the food was poor quality.
