I entered the establishment and waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Upon arrival, I noticed my family and another gentleman seated. After placing our orders, it became apparent that they were training a new staff member. The manager, who was overseeing the training, took a moment to explain a menu item. A regular customer arrived, and despite our prior wait, the server attending to the trainee promptly served them first. Our drinks arrived shortly after theirs. I politely expressed gratitude but decided to cancel our order, as this experience left me feeling disrespected. It's a reminder not to judge based on appearances and to treat everyone with fairness and respect.

Their house special, com bi xuon cha, is awesome! A common rice dish that's loaded with protein! The pho dac biet, and bun bo hue is my favorites!
Food is usually really good, service is usually lacking.This last time I went it took 15 minutes to even get greeted. Ordered drinks, appetizers and meal together at once in hopes to get my food quicker. My drinks or appetizers didn't come out until the main course?? So for 40 minutes I waited for drinks, and appetizers.

I ordered the Filet Mignon Noodle Soup excellent! The broth is flavorful. The herbs blend perfectly with the broth. I would highly recommend it. The noodles are delicious as well. A healthy meal for sure.

I ordered the Beef Filet Mignon And Beef Brisket Pho to go. I chop it up to get every flavor in each spoonful. Meats, great quality, comes uncooked along with all the rest. Large quantities of broth, like 32 ounces and noodles. Great value, add extra veggies and get 2 really big bowls. They have a large bowl, not sure if that feeds the whole family. I used a microwave safe bowl, lid and spoon from another restaurant to throw in the microwave for a quick reheat. I’ll be back
I love pho and this was not the best. I had the beef filet Ramen. Service was great and quick. Ramen..not so much. Beef was cooked too long and was very tough and very bland. No flavor to the broth and not enough noodles for the large bowl. I had to add salt, pepper and hot sauce to get some flavor in it.

I had been coming here for two years but today will be the last time I ever order. after giving me the wrong order, when I called in hopes they could just give me a refund, they told me they couldn’t because they didn’t know how. also, the meat looks extremely questionable…….they also gave me no chopsticks or
