So I like the slim sandwich from here I get it often. All I want is some mayonnaise on it and the staff will never and is rude about it. After showing them the sign that says free mayonnaise they still refuse and continue to be rude to me.So I I want to be treated badly and not get what I want I’ll return. But till then I’ll go somewhere else.

I am a bariatric customer that i only Can eat so much so I ask for little john no bread but extra lettuce they will not make it I only one what ever amount that comes on the little john with extra lettuce the sweet lady in the morning does it for me with no problem and this afternoon they say no unbelievable really bad customer service

Ordered Uber eats and they take it to you themselves. It got to my place super fast even though my apartment complex is kind of confusing. Food is great and the guy was very nice so I left a bigger tip. Thank you !

If you love waiting 10-15 minutes after ordering ahead by 30 then waiting in the parking lot after "checking in" for curbside it's great.Sandwiches are consistent and worth the money if you're going in to pick them up and aren't in a rush.
Everything is usually good the only issue I have is that they don’t follow the directions on the order. Why ask if you’re not gonna follow what we ask? I always ask for my sandwich to be cut and it never is also I didn’t get my kick in ranch sauce.

I love Jimmy John's subs. The yeasty french bread is always fresh and wonderful. The cold cuts and toppings are right on the money. The only negative today was that I purchased two of their usually fantastic sour pickles cut into quarters. Unfortunately, when I got back to my hotel room, I found them to be soft and mushy like they were in the brine for much too long. I just threw them away. Otherwise the subs, my #9 Italian Night Club and my wife's #8 Billy Club were EXXXXXCELLENT! as were the Triple Chip cookies. By the way Kudos to the guys behind the counter. They were great in spite of the pickles.

Last night there was a delivery driver name Blake that works nights and he was delivering a order in the summer hill apartments we was pulling out of a parking spot this man was honking like he was in a rush and when we was trying to come out of the spot he sped off before we could even pull out of the spot. He is very unprofessional!!!!! Whenever we called the store for corporate number they said they didn't have it and gave us the manger number Kelli. We called Kelli and told her about the situation and she didn't care at all. That is very unprofessional you should care if kids are walking around the apartments and your speeding off in the apartment complex like you have no care in the world!!!
