ZERO STARS: After ordering I almost just drove off seeing this drive thru window. Made me think how dirty the kitchen was. This didn't just happen over night. This is built up nasty. I'm a New customer and Won't be back.

Drive up to the building at night and almost miss it because none of the exterior lights are on. Go inside and what appears to be the whole staff are having a dispute with a guest about a refund. Then they talk trash about the woman in front her face in spanish and were pretty surprised when she informed them that she also understands spanish. They were extremely rude to her the whole time. Then when I go up to order my food they’re talking extremely loud to each other right at the register about beating up the woman they just had an issue with, making it difficult to order my food being that they were more interested in their private conversation than paying attention to my order. Waited 20 minutes only for them to tell me they didn’t have what I wanted, so I had to settle for something else. Filthy lobby, and terrible service. Terrible staff, most of which barely speak any English. Will never go back to this garbage restaurant. If you like long waits and terrible service and a filthy establishment then this is the place for you.

The wait... Inside or drive thru. Oh My GOODNESS. At least 10 minutes per car. So if you dont mind waiting 45mins for your meal. Have attempted on 5 different occasions... and nothing has changed. Maybe their short staffed [all the time] and if so i feel for the workers. But speed needs improvement!Parking: Hard to get in and out

We ordered at 7 pm took them over an hour to give us are food and had to constantly remind them what it was missing too .poor management never
Very unprofessional staff. 20 minutes before saying you don’t have what I ordered available. Even the syrup in the fountain soda machine is out. When I ask who the manager is, the lady said, she didn’t know I asked who the owner was. She said he lives in Arabia. People don’t have time to just stand around and waste. Maybe consider doing your jobs and actually keeping the place clean because it’s filthy

The place was disgusting ! Every table was dirty ! They didn’t have tenders so I couldn’t order half of what I wanted and so I ordered Taco Bell instead. We said dine in but they gave us our food in bags. It’s ok I didn’t want to eat there either way.Not to mention we seen a girl close the lobby at 8:50 when it closes at 10. While we ate our food in the parking lot we seen the same girl come out for a smoke break and then I guess cause we were out there she went back inside which I thought she had turned off her cigarette but I was wrong she was still smoking it while being inside. I’m sorry I was try to go easy on fast food restaurants because I’ve worked in a kfc and im sorry but they wouldn’t let us let the place get like that.To top it off they didn’t give me my receipt so I couldn’t do the survey that’s why I’m on here writing my review down. They should really call a health inspector to check that place out. Ima just leave these pics of the fountain drink station in the main lobby. I’m pretty sure mold shouldn’t be there or whatever thick consistency that was but I’m pretty sure it was mold
