Don’t bother going to this KFC. They are terrible! Just waited an hour for our food, they callme over to tell me they don’t have all of it, why didn’t they just tell me that an hour ago, I would have left already! Irritating! Poorly ran, disorganized, messy and the staff is horrible. The Manager isn’t skilled enough to manage a staff, much less herself. The place should shut down, re-train the staff and hire another manager.

I am astonished by what just happened, we arrived at this location and the doors weren't locked after a customer walked out. I have never witnessed an establishment lock it's doors during the busiest part of the day.

LITERALLY THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!! WE ORDERED CHICKEN AND WAITED A WHILE FOR THE CHICKEN AND THEN THEY SAID THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED WHEN WE ORDERED WAY BEFORE THEY CLOSED THE “KITCHEN”. Cars r lined up because when u order thru the drive thru window, they make u pull up or park. Like every time I come the drive thru area full of cars waiting on their food. Whats the point of a drive thru? Not good!!

My Mexican pizza was not very good and now I can’t get that burnt taste out of my mouth. I’m disappointed and still hungry. I tried to eat it but, I just couldn’t . It was pretty yuck. I won’t be going back to the Midkiff location.
This place has good food but every time you order through the drive they take an hour to give you the food and I’ve been waiting here for a long time and they will give other people there food that is behind me there food and wont give me mine like y’all need to get better at y’all’s service!

Food was okay mediocre to say the least restroom had no soap in it door lock was broken The attitude of the staff was we don't care if we help you or not. I would stay away from this location.

Stopped in for lunch 11-13-23. First thing I noticed was the floors felt greasy, thought I was going to slip in my boots. Ordered a two piece chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and a side of cole slaw. The chicken was OK but had a burnt greasy taste in the crust. Mashed potatoes were slightly cold. The biscuit was the worst ever, hard and dry. The only good thing was the cole slaw, which was quite good. One good thing was being a little down from the 25o loop, it wasn't very crowded. But as I write this about four hours later, I still can't get that burnt, old grease taste out of my mouth. Can't think of any reason I would recommend this place to anyone. Overall, I give this KFC a rating of 2.5 out of 10.
