My daughter and I went there this past weekend to have a late lunch and Gwan was our server. When I tell you that this man knows his sauces and seasonings?! He is able to pair whatever meat you decide to order with either his signature rub seasoning, marinade sauce, and dipping sauce! He even got the meats started for you too!
