Just tried to get a meal here - and had the sorriest excuse for not eating in the dining room due to short staff- funny thing they had people eating in the dining room - and I don’t need them to hand feed me- what gives? Lazy staff not about customer service - truely dissatisfied and disappointed in this team

Food is always delicious and fresh, service is always quick. Last time I went they forgot to put all the food in the bag, when I called to let them know that I was missing a mail item, the lady was very nice and very apologetic. And when I went back, they was real nice and fixed, the meal for me with no issues. The only thing I wish they had was Apple Pay.

Good food, the batter was too salty for my taste buds.
My crew and I were doing a job in the area and one of them remanised about the place. We had chicken, fish,and popcorn shrimp combo's. The food was hot,the place was clean, the service was prompt and friendly. The food was good and typical for a LJS experience. The service was great though. The lady at the takeout window was so nice! The atmosphere is just okay bc it's kinda hard to get in and out of and it could use a little TLC/upkeep.
