I received my food under cooked full of blood, I submit a complaint thru the carrillos hospitality email and they never answered plus the survey from the ticket ,Plus when we ask for ketchup the grap a whole hand of pockets and dropped at the bag .
Order two McDouble burgers paid for two McDouble burgers, and received two regular cheeseburgers. And they weren't even that busy.

The shrinkflation is getting outta hand. Everything is smaller, from biscuits to Big Macs. The kids meal only had 13 fries in it. 13! It has not been a one off thing either. Multiple times. Folks, do what you want with your money but I would not recommend any McDonald’s in the Permian Basin.
