My boyfriend and I went here on Sunday night for dessert. I was pretty disgusted at how dirty the place was. A bunch of toppings and syrups had been spilled all over the floor and stepped in, which therefore had been drug all over the place. There weren’t a lot of options for toppings because so much of it was all mixed together, with sticky things like cherries and cherry juice all over other toppings. I ended up only picking two toppings because of how gross the rest of them looked. There were two young employees behind the counter so I didn’t understand why no one had been cleaning up the mess that clearly had been there all evening because of how big the mess was.

9:30pm (open till 10pm) and locked doors???? Workers ran to the back and hid. Not a great way to run your business. Find better employees.

We stopped in for yogurt, wasn't even sure it was open, took a while for a young gentleman to come out, toppings all over floor! Our yogurt wasn't weighed and we were charged 20.00 for 2 cups of yogurt. Don't recommend this place.

Absolutely disgusting- I went to the Odessa location the teen at the register added a tip on my card without asking! I get home to see my account is completely wiped of the funds I had on that card. I called 5 times and no one answered, so I called the midland location and the girl said she would call the owner and get back to me. Never did. I’m pissed.

In absolute need of a deep cleaning. I saw cleaning supplies available to the one employee who was doing nothing. Thick sticky black sugar film on all tables and chairs. Floor is filthy and I can’tImagine what the tongs have on them that we are forced to use. This is a good place. If you like bonus germs on your desert. After 2020 the standard to clean should be much higher. And why are they asking for a $5 tip when I served myself and my child and then immediately wanted to wash our hands from even walking in there

Arrived with my daughters around 8:30PM on a Friday, they had all the chairs stacked up like if they were closing & were cleaning up the floors. We weren’t even greeted when we walked through the door, the girl looked at us annoyed that we were even going in there. They had already taken the fruit toppings to the back like if they were already cleaning up for the night. I get they close at 10PM but like I said it was 8:30PM and they still had customers coming inside. Some flavors came out watery, no trays underneath yogurt dispensers, workers look miserable. I hadn’t been here in awhile and now I remember why.

When I was walking over to the cashier to ask him about lactose free options, he just walked out into the back room. Even though he saw me looking at him and walking over. ?
I haven’t been there in years. I was so excited to go back, but when I walked in…dirty floor, no more taste test cups, some of the yogurts weren’t labeled, there toppings table was dirty, the flavors do not taste like they used to and nothing like the name of them, and the lady working there was NOT pleasant and definitely not educated in customer service. So I do not recommend you waste your time and money there.

I like the location but playlist is outdated, store is leaking by machines, crumbs and food on tables and floors. Furniture seems like they are not being wiped down. Personnel can be cleaning up the store instead of just standing behind the counter. This place was great when first opened, please maintain and give this store attention.

Very disappointed, and this place used to be our go to for yogurt/ice cream. Half of the yogurts were out of service, the floor around the yogurts were dirty and sticky and the toppings area was pretty bad as well. All the while, a 2nd employee was standing around just watching like all was well.

Midland tx location has very rude boys working there, we called a head to see if one of your flavors was working the boy said yes, we drove 40 mins to find out its out of order. Told the boy he shrugged his shoulders as if to say I don't care never spoke a word just stood there so rude. 3-11-23 7:15pm. You should find nicer workers. And clean up the place floors are dirty.
