Our cook Manuel barely spoke two words me and my grandson sat with a group of 5 youngsters cursing ..waitress didn't speak good English she didn't understand the menu ordered me the wrong sushi...I never received my salad...no sense in complaining to management they know but just don't care .

The "Great Value Hibachi Grill":The food, service and atmosphere were great. My complaint is with the QR code menus. I'm currently in the restaurant on Valentine's Day, and they have a "Smiling Cupid" drink AND a "Cupid's Arrow" that cost $12.99 each, but I have to use my phone to browse the menu? I'm personally tired of that lazy excuse of "cOvId tRaNsMiSsIoN", and businesses cutting corners. I'd love to speak with management on restaurant operations. I think their son works here, so maybe he can shine some light on why there are still QR code menus in an establishment that clears $10k/day.Why am I concerned about a restaurant being cheap and cutting corners UNNECESSARILY? Think about it. If they're too cheap to buy menus, imagine how cheap they're being with the menu item ingredients...Asian restaurants are notoriously cheap when it comes to ingredients. I hope Osaka's fixes their business model, and steers away from the title of "Great Value Hibachi Grill".

I have always enjoyed this place. It's been a few years since I have been here because I have been out of town. We went on Saturday night and got right in. Everything from the atmosphere, food, and service was spot on. We will be back.
