I don't come here very often. Tonight I picked up dinner for me and my grandmother. I soon realized why I don't come here often. I ordered the bejing beef and rice. The rice was overcooked and dry and all I had of the bejing beef was a hug piece of meat instead of small pieces. I'm better off buying the frozen food from the grocery store, it tastes the same anyways. I should've known since every time I've been here it has been a complete waste of money.

Food was fine. There is no service here, good or bad. The employees only say enough words to take your order. I asked if they had greens because at the time the bowl was empty, she turned around to talk to the cooks - I didn’t hear the conversation - when she turned back to me she stuffed my plate with rice, guess that was a no.

The noodles were dry as was the teriyaki chicken, the shrimp was very chewy and there was maybe two little pieces of walnut. They were out of crab Rangoon and the honey sesame chicken which was originally what I wanted. Panda Express continues to disappoint. For fast Chinese food, it'd be better going to a regular like place and order take out.

Showed up for a quick bite to eat & employee stopped serving my order to start the drive thru order… then when I asked for soy sauce they didn’t have any… I know a lot of shortages exist in restaurants but no soy sauce? what a joke! ?

It is supper time. 6:30 PM. I drove all the way across the city to get some beef and broccoli and they don't have it ready. At supper time. Poor planning.

Everything we ordered, they were, supposedly, out of. They were rude, as well, like they were upset that they had to work. I ordered my fav, egg rolls, but they were so dry and lacked flavor. Apparently, the owner doesn’t care because the bad reviews just keep coming. This place should be shut down.

Just left there, after waiting for a round of Chicken to be grilled, the line cook comes in from being outside, passes the overflowing garbage can, pushes it down with his bare hands, wipes his hands on the back of his pants, bypasses the washing station and proceeds to start flipping the chicken on the grill, no gloves I might add. I see the GM and try to get her attention which we make direct eye contact but she proceeds to keep walking, I bring my octave level up and say " Excuse me Ma am, a moment of your time". we go off to the side and I explain what I had just witnessed, after telling me she will correct the situation she proceeds to tell me that she finds it very rude to be shouted at. I then explained to her that if that's all she received out of the exchange that she can take a "Woke" stance if she so wishes but correct the problem! Consumer beware! The Staff is not properly trained and I question how many actually have food handlers certificates. You're better off getting Chinese cuisine elsewhere.

This place is the worse I have ever been to. Apparently they do not know what chow mein is!!!??. I placed an order to find out that I had no orange chicken, no side of chow mein. I went back to show them what I had and still the send time around was even worse. The food i received was not only wrong but very dry. One angry customer. Customer service is not like how it used to be. I am very disappointed

Why is this panda so awful? We’ve come here one to many times just to be disappointed again. The food portions are horrible I felt you get small portions for your money. The food taste awful my shrimp wasn’t fresh all the breading was off. My rice was hard. The customer service was horrible. But the worse part of this all is after reading the other reviews I understand why this place is so bad because nobody cares. Not one manager/ corporate has replied to try and resolve any of the issues your paying customers have. Without us there would be no you!! This is very sad ? but thank God we have so many delicious places to eat then here. Customer service holds no value anymore and that’s a shame.

Wanted to order Beijing Beef in the drive through but was told it would take about 15-20 minutes to make so I ordered something else . Got my order all the way home and the noodles had mold in them. I Took it right back to a gal that wasn't very friendly and she replaced our food. When I got home again the chicken was pink and undercooked. ? I was all around underwhelmed by the experience especially for the cost. I wish this wasn't the only Panda in Midland. Do yourself a favor save your money and try one of the local Asian restaurants around here.

Went to order a plate with half super greens and half chow mein. Was told it would be a wait, which I didn’t mind bc how long does it really take to make some broccoli. Apparently it takes 30 minutes. I was told to park next to the building and wait, and 30 minutes later my food finally came. I asked the girl that brought it if my chicken egg roll was in there, she opened the bag, “looked”, and said yes. I checked to make sure it was all right and of course… no egg roll. So I had to go inside, bc what is the point in having a drive through anyway right? in my pajamas and waited forever to be acknowledged at the counter. Where I was the only one waiting. And finally got my egg roll. She did give me two extra which was a nice bonus for wasting my time. My mushroom chicken was 99% mushroom. Had 2 pieces of chicken. And my broccoli beef was awful tasting. Overall a very unpleasant visit and won’t be coming back any time soon.

I have to say that I was more than disappointed going to Panda Express tonight being that I haven't been there in a long time and was really craving the honeywalnut shrimp. However they had probably 3 entrees out of all the entries that were supposed to be there the rice looks very dry there was only 2 egg rolls and when I got home my honey walnut Shrimp and my husband's honey walnut shrimp had everything but had everything but the walnuts and not much shrimp other than that everything seems to be tasteful the vegetables the vegetables are undercooked though.I tried calling them like 4 times and nobody to answer the phone so being that I live in a 15 or more miles from there I wasn't about to return back and back and crack them out so I'm doing it here thanks a lot I was really wanting honey walnut shrimp not honey shrimp. .

Every time that my family and I buy dinner At 7 to 730 pm they say that there out of many things including there cream puffs there chicken and beef and broccoli! They do not close until 10pm but they will not cook so many things on their menu if there out by 7pm . We feel like that needs to change! They should be willing to cook atleast until an hour before they close. We spend a lot of money there but it makes us not want to come back!

First truly horrible Panda Express experience. Went through the drive thru, simple order, including chicken egg rolls, which they failed to put in the bag, defeating the purpose of the drive thru. After going inside to make them complete our order, we began to eat. The orange chicken was good, chow mein was burnt. The Chicken egg rolls tasted green, as in moldy. Totally nasty food. NEVER AGAIN.
