“I did an online order for this one yesterday! This was for the first time in a very long time everything was perfect!! There are three people working in the store which helped a great deal and the pizza was perfect. They were running behind a few minutes on orders but doing an exceptional job getting everyone quality food! I will only go to this one from now on!“
“I ordered a pizza to be delivered. Order was paid for (tip included) on line. Specified that it would take approximately 25-35 minutes. It took an hour and a half. Otherwise, the driver was apologetic and friendly. The pizza was exactly as I ordered. If it had not have taken forever to be delivered, I would have given you an excellent rating.“
“5 stars to the young guy who noticed I was waiting outside for a long time. My order had accidentally been given to someone else with my name (who happened to show up to the wrong Pizza Hut by accident-go figure) at the same time I was there to get my order. I was in the parking lot waiting while my order was being made again and this employee went out of his way to make sure I had been taken care of. I wish I would have caught your name but I did want to say thank you and keep up the great customer service. That gesture alone made up for the 45 minutes I had to wait in the parking lot.“
“The night staff, whom I typically encounter, are ALWAYS amazing, helpful & recognize my family as soon as we arrive. Last time we ordered they were out of something, called us as soon as we placed our order & fixed it ASAP. The manager offered an alternative & it was an easy swap. This is our favorite Pizza Hut. It's always quick & next to perfect.“
