This store is somewhere I go at least twice a month. They're chicken is always fresh and what you would expect from a Popeye's Chicken. The customer service is decent too and they aren't rude like typical Popeye's employees are expected to be. I look forward to eating here!

Everything was okay here. The bathroom didn't have paper towels nor soap. The dining room was dirty. The guy working the front counter was really nice though.

This was such a bad experience, which is a shame because this was one of my favorite locations to go to. I placed an app order and went inside to pick it up. I watched the employees horse playing and complaining but not filling orders. There were 7 customers all waiting on orders, and it took 40 minutes to get my chicken. That's a crazy amount of time for "fast food fried chicken" especially when the food was just sitting there. To add insult to injury when I finally got my food, it was lukewarm at best. I wouldn't recommend this location, I'll be trying a different location for future orders.

The food is still decent but it seems the quality of the chicken is downhill a bit. Perhaps they are getting it from a different vendor. The flavor is still decent but the chicken seemed chewy and a bit dry.You can always depend on those biscuits to choke the life out of you though and taste good all the way down.
The Popeyes store on Big Spring St in Midland is the worst just left from up there the assistant Manager should be fired on the spot she has the worst attitude I have seen I will not be going back at all I had a coupon and was getting my order she threw my coupon at me and said I would not be

I’ve been to this Popeyes multiple times over the years and every time I go, it’s a terrible experience. We always have to wait 20-30 minutes for our food each time we go (and we never order much. Maybe two meals on average.) and they always act mad. On top of that, we always have to go back in because they forgot something. Today when I went again it was the same thing. Except the food was terrible. The mac and cheese tasted like chemicals and the nuggets were undercooked. If you want Popeyes, don’t go to this location. Horrible every time.
