Communication with the drive thru person is always an issue. My order is always wrong. I see it correctly on the screen and they still mess it up. I don't know why they only fill the coffee cup half way also. Today I had salsa that I didn't ask for a 3 inch stack of napkins no tortillas and a half filled coffee.

I do not understand the hype with this chain. The food isn't good at all. I've tried both breakfast burritos which were bland with undercooked bacon, to tacos that were too soggy and falling apart. There are much better places in town to spend your money.

Been a rosas customer for 30 years, it has just progressively gotten worse. The portion sizes were the first thing to go but quality was still there. Now the fajita meat always looks grey or pink, I'm almost certain that they just steam it. The beans are either too runny or playdoh. Not sure what time of day you have to go to get chips that aren't stale. The rice is OK if you don't mind it tasting the way band aids smell. The grilled jalapeños used to have soy sauce that gave them a good flavor but they just don't do that anymore. This place just sucks now, you might as well go to a real restaurant, because you are going to pay restaurant prices any way. Done with them.

Food is bland and overpriced. This isn't Mexican cuisine, it's Texan. But then, you know I live in New Mexico...try some seasoning ya'll.

As someone from Midland who now lives in the northeast, Rosa's is what I dream about when I want Tex-Mex. Their chips con queso is drool worthy.

Steak fajita with Queso is absolutely delicious. The steak is as good as any steak I've had at a steak house, very surprising! Do wish the portions were larger for the price, but the flavor really made up for the smaller portions. Tortillas were very good as well.

Taste less and less homemade. 20 years ago, this place was really good.

I come into town once a year and look forward to this place. Today I was disgusted with the meat. It was grey and chewy.
