This location off of midkiff is horrible they are so slow EVERY TIME I come, as soon as you press the button they say i’ll be right with you and i’ve loyally been sitting here for 34 minutes and JUST got someone to ask for my order, the only reason I say her was because I had already paid for it on the app hoping that would take less time but as usual that didn’t change anything. Don’t recommend this location at all

Man usually if I’m in town I would go out of my way to order at this one but lately the food has been meh and shrinkflation seems to have hit this place hard. Got a large fries, came with an amount less than my kids kids meal. Disappointing.

The food was dry. I got an extra long chili cheese coney, tots and a drink...drinks from sonic, are always bussin'! My coney was just so dry, the bun tasted stale, as was the service. Like, I really, get annoyed when the person that takes your order, kept saying, anything else?- and what else? They hurry you, and they try to speed up your order, just to come across as RUDE. Its just so hard to choose, when you, have so much to offer from your menu! But, overall, love the drinks and the sonic food is an all time favorite!

Went to the Sonic on Midkiff, got their double cheeseburger and tots with cheese. Mine and my husband's burger was cold, cheese was old, limp not melted. It was so bad. We had ordered the same a week ago from the same Sonic, it was great then.

DO NOT VISIT this Sonic location!If anything goes wrong they won’t answer, they will ignore you, walk in fron of your car and don’t answer help requests. Cannot be more disappointed with this place. Seriously thinking not going back to any Sonic.
We ordered 1 slush and 4 ice waters and sat out side for 25 minutes waiting on our order. We watched as ever one was served and not one person looked are way. We got out to check on the ordered and waited another 5 minutes for someone to come to the door to see what the problem was. Pulled up at 7:50 pulled out at 8:16.

So some of the workers seem younger but are pretty rude. They mess up orders a lot. And apparently when you order a Large tater tot you’ll get a large container with half the tater tot’s.

So my wife and son came to visit after hard weeks of work. Finally, we get to even sit w one another to enjoy a said meal. We order some Conies and slushes, we get a kids meal burger w a milk. My wifes drink is horribly foamy yeah foamy up on top w clunks of strawberry. They also forgot my sons milk after ordering twice requesting his drink. At the end I shared mine w my wife and son. Both of theirs were epically not resolved. Despite of them saying we got you. They never brought it back. Rather they brought another kids meal burger ONLY. Here I was like ahh feels good to be back to civilization. Never again.

We got the new garlic bacon cheeseburger and it came out with 3 small pieces of onion & 1/2 a piece of bacon & when it came back out it was dry & had raw onions when it’s supposed to come with grilled onions & they didn’t have the best attitude either.
