This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever frequented and that's saying something given how low the bar is. Staff is rude, appears lost, orders in person or thru the app are consistently behind or come out incomplete.

I came in yesterday at 7pm for a coffee and coffee cake, I greeted the cashier twice because the first time I said hello she never acknowledged me. We sat at a table while they made my coffee and warmed my wife’s coffee cake. Sat at table for 12 minutes to finally see my coffee and cake on the side counter the rude girl asked my name but never called it when my order was ready. Just sad how this is a new location but the service is horrible. I will never be back here. I rather drive 3 miles to the one on Midland Dr and wait 30 minutes in line.

We like it when the bigger, older woman isn't there like on 02-03-24. She's super rude and had me repeat my wife and I's order multiple times. She said SHE was training someone and the new girl was flustered. Saying "it's just beans and water, just beans and water". Uh no ma'am, that job as a barista is extremely hard, guaranteed. Hopefully she's NOT training people and she was the one in training. Got confused when we said no ice on a refresher, and then asked if we wanted EXTRA fruit to make up for it, since the cup will only be half full. Lol uh no, the drink is mostly water anyway, add the water to it. She said "you can leave a tip if you'd like, or not and I'll cry" lol ok then cry I guess.

Don’t get me wrong my Starbucks out there but this Starbucks that opened up. I really love it by my apartment they make my pink drink just right it’s not watery or anything and the food is great. Thank you for making one by my apartment at Starbucks. Good job everyone.???Kid-friendliness: My grandkids love Starbucks, so when we go, everyone’s wonderful, they say hi to all of us

I ordered three drinks 3 Frappuccinos with extra pumps, one cappuccino and some pastry. They took almost 30 minutes and there were only three people in there on no drive through.When we received the drinks they tasted horrible and really watered down. And the sad part is that I only order the Frappuccinos so I know exactly how they taste and there were bad!!Then they go and forget to give us the wrong pastries.I thought this was going to be great cause it's right there next to my house, but not nope I'll just have to drive to one of the other stores.Parking: There was plenty because the store is terrible there for nobody else wants to go there. I'd rather travel to another Starbucks than the one right by my house.

First it was 30+ minute wait for drinks to be done on an order ahead. & today the drinks were ready when arrived but the pastry was not. Was asked to wait.. ended up waiting 23 MINUTES for it. RIDICULOUS!

The baristas make delicious drinks here, greet you with kindness, and make the drinks quickly. I am very excited to have a Starbucks close to my home and my office.The entrance/exit to the parking lot is snug, I can forsee this causing issues with the flow of traffic.
