The location in midland tx on Midkiff rd next to the heb is terrible. I placed a large order a day prior to needing the order so it would give them ample time to get the order completed. When I arrived to pick up my order they didn’t have it ready , the man that I spoke with was very rude and unapologetic about the mistake. I will never be coming back here again.

I have ordered from this particular Starbucks on more than one occasion. Today, by accident, I ordered from them and again they did not get the order right. You can read the label and it clearly says caramel drizzle with chocolate curls. Normally the white chocolate mocha latte comes with whipped cream. Today they didn't put on any toppings at all! How hard is it to drizzle caramel and shave a couple of curls. And to just not include whipped cream when it comes with the drink is ridiculous.

For the amount of money you pay for a 20oz cappuccino and only get 1/3 of the cup? Was told it was “foam” that made up the rest of the 2/3 and they can froth my drink again. Never again. Terrible service and attitude from employees. I’ll be going back to scooters from now on.

I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and then at the store window for another 15 minutes. I questioned when we would receive our order, the Manager made excuses and said, “We don't care if you give us a a bad review!” Such a sense of entitlement over the Name! I will give my business to local merchants from now on!!

This is the third time I’ve visited this location and I was hoping the experience would be different. Waited for over 40 min for a coffee after I placed a mobile order, I had to leave to make it to work on time and the sandwich I did get had cheese on it after I asked them for no cheese. Definitely taking on too much and not paying attention to quality.
