Where is the manager? The staff are working hard and trying to do a great job. However, there is a serious need for organization, which would greatly help with the many customers. It took 40 minutes today to get two drinks. There were 7 employees but everyone was all over the place. Drinks were not being made in order. Can more than one person help make frappucinos if that is where the need is? One guy trying to keep up with the pace while others were not really doing anything....read full review
Very friendly wait staff at night, all the girls are very friendly and helpful. Shaken teas are extremely good as well as the Vanilla Bean Frappe. Birthday cake pops are the best much better than Great American Cookies.
